The Finlay Building
Description
History
The Finlay building was owned by the establisher of Finlay Cinema in Kinch Heights before he established the cinema. The building was taken over by a greedy real estate salesman, and sold it to a taco-chain. This building heavily barricaded its stairs and shut down its elevators, also abondoning the first 3 floors. As a result, it was not broken into untill late into the outbreak.
