Wray Heights is a suburb of Malton, located in the southeast of the city. The suburb is known for its beautiful antique buildings and 4 churches.

Wray Heights, and specifically the Darnell Building NT, was the birthplace of the infamous and feared Shacknews horde. This horde is rumored to be planning a return to Malton, so beware!

Please see barricade plan for more information on taking shelter in the suburb.

With all TRPs down, The Militant Order of Barhah is smashing through the last of the remaining barricaded buildings hunting for food. There's not very much left in this burb. -- Grogh 01:13, 26 September 2008 (BST)

External Military report (25.96 MHz): "... leaving Wray Heights, counted nearly a hundred outside ... a few big groups, but they're spread out ... can't see any signs of life ... the whole suburb's wrecked ... the Fram Building is in bad shape ..." (8 hours and 52 minutes ago) --WanYao 20:36, 26 September 2008 (BST)

September 23rd

At least 44 zombies in the 'burb, with 40 of those seen outdoors. Breakdown of the Tactical Resource Points:

  • 3 NecroTechs: 2 ruined, 1 powered.
  • 3 Police Depts: 2 ruined, 1 powered.
  • 2 hospitals: 1 ruined, 1 without power.
  • 6 auto repairs: 1 powered, 3 not, 2 ruined.

With half the suburbs TRPs ruined, and probably over 50 zombies (as an indoor ruin survey wasn't carried out), this seems to qualify as dangerous. --Funt Solo QT Scotland flag.JPG 06:48, 23 September 2008 (BST)

There are zombies inside buildings, and there are also more who are "dirt napping". Therefore, it's safe to say there are more than 40-odd hostile zombies in Wray Heights. However, for the moment, I shall leave the danger level as it is. --WanYao 18:53, 25 September 2008 (BST)

September 21st

Pandemonium ensued last night when it became evident that the zombies with the Militant Order of Barhah - both feral and zealots alike - had decided to stream into the suburb through the contiguous border with Kempsterbank. At this time, eyewitnesses have confirmed that at least five buildings have been attacked, and possibly even ruined. Among these are the Darnell Building NT, St. Hilarion's Hospital, Eason Library, as well as Jukes Auto Repair and the Setter Building further North. --FLZombie 20:11, 21 September 2008 (BST)

The protracted siege of Brancker Alley Police Department has apparently ended. At its height, 25 zombies were beating down the barricades, with up to 25 more dead out front. It is unknown whether the group has dissipated or is planning on a second strike. Scottk 07:14, 15 September 2008 (BST)
