Raines Hills is a suburb of Malton, located in the north of the city. Raines Hills used to be a red light district like its southern neighbors Huntley Heights, Roachtown and Randallbank but that all changed when the construction of four new churches replaced three clubs and one bar that used to be there. Since there was less business with the new churches coming in, the prostitutes and drug dealers moved down to Huntley Heights, making crime worse and Huntley Heights more crowded than it was before.

When survivors started repairing Chancelwood, they also repaired the Northern part of Raines Hills along with it. Now that The Dead has trashed Chancelwood, they also trashed the Northern part of Raines Hills as well. Retaken buildings, such as The Morgane Building, Abraham General and St. Henry's Hospital, and Orders Crescent Police Department, are now ruined again. -- Kittithaj 22:14, 22 May 2011 (BST)
