Fuel Siphon Suggestion Comments Point taken on using the preview button, but if you look at the time stamps on my response comments, neither one has been responded to at the time I'm writing this. Your point is that caution should take extra AP - well guess what, players without free running have that risk removed without having to do anything extra, while someone with free running must take extra AP to remove that risk.
