1st August: Having splintered, the Surrealists are no longer in a position to run this movement. We ask of anyone reading this to please continue the good work. Many thanks to all those who have already helped!
Good Evening, and welcome to the database and home of Malton`s only Fine Art Movement.
Firstly: Fine Art is not a single group, and does not seek to recruit members. It is a cause, that many different individuals through Malton can recognise and support.
The Fine Art Policy is such:
- A complete ceasefire within Museums- utterly no PKing inside of these rare buildings.
- All museums should be barricaded whenever possible.
- Those injured and out of reach of a hospital should seek healing inside.
Current Situation:
12/100 (12%) of suburbs fully logged
18/26 (69.23%) of known museums secured.
Find your closest Museum and curators in the database below.
Introduction
Twenty years ago, Malton was the centre of the art world. People flocked from all over the globe to see wondrous works, both ancient and modern.
However, through years of underfunding and a rather inconsiderate zombie apocalypse, Malton`s once bright cultural heritage has fallen by the wayside.
Currently, vast and impressive artworks are under threat- the very buildings once used primarily to house them are now home to looters, gun wielding fools, graffiti artists and the living dead. The only factor currently saving many of Malton`s rich installations is that they are largely ignored in favour of other factors, such as remaining alive.
Aims
The Fine Art Movement, largely headed by The Surrealists aims to correct this situation through a series of countermeasures:
1. Logging the location of each of Malton`s surviving museums in the database below.
2. If necessary, cleanse and secure.
3. Create a radio network to protect the museums- The frequency of 28.45 has been set aside for museums.
4. Promote the idea.
5. Convince all citizens that PKing in Museums is worth avoiding.
6. Assign each museum to groups or users who will oversee barricading levels and healing inside their respective properties.

Using The Database- IMPORTANT!
Suburb information is done by a simple system:
Suburbs are organised by horizontal row in order from left to right. They are individually organised by: Name, Museums Secure/Museums Logged/Total Museums in Suburb. E.g. Chudleyton: 3/4/4
A template is in the works, but until it is complete, each museum should be logged under its suburb as follows:
<museum name> [coordinates] situation-either "Secure", or "In Danger"
If in danger, details here. i.e. two zombies/ ransacked/ only loosely barricaded and the date
Groups operating said museum can provide a link to their organisation here For example: (under the suburb of Chudleyton)
