Ruddlebank is a suburb of Malton, located in the south-west of the city. Before the outbreak, Ruddlebank was heavily populated by Russian immigrants. The leader of the immigrants is Johnathon A. Tikhon who of course founded the famous hospital. This suburb was also famous for clashes between the rival gangs of Ukrainians and Russians.

February 13^th

NecroWatch reported from the Panes and Sainders Buildings today. A recent scan revealed that there were 6 zombies within scanning range of the facilities, factoring in for scan overlaps. Of these numbers, 2 zombies were at Suter Boulevard PD, while the rest of the zombies were each on their own, and thus did not pose a serious threat to any other location. --Mobius 03:54, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

February 12^th

NecroWatch reported from the Sainders Buildings today. A more recent scan revealed that there were now 6 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of these numbers, most were on their own, except for 2 zombies at Draper Lane School in Old Arkham. As such, the zombies do not appear to pose any significant threat to survivor safehouses. --Mobius 17:26, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

February 10^th

NecroWatch reported once more from the Sainders Building today. A new scan revealed that there were 9 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of these numbers, all of them were 2 or fewer in number at any given location. As such, the zombies appear to pose no significant threat to any specific location. --Mobius 21:41, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

NecroWatch reported again from the Sainders Building today. Recent scans had revealed that there were 6 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of these numbers, 2 zombies were at the Lawson Arms while the rest were scattered across the suburb and posed no significant threat to any other location. --Mobius 12:59, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Recent scans had revealed that there were an estimated 10 zombies within scanning raneg of the two facilities, factoring in for scan overlaps. Of these numbers, 4 zombies were at Hulin Drive Fire Station while the remaining zombies were scattered across the area and of no significant threat to any other specific locations. --Mobius

Legion of the Octopope

The Legion of the Octopope can be found in the southwestern reaches of Ruddlebank. May His holy ink shield you from all harm and grant you redemption.

Tikhon Medical

Keepin' it cheesy since 2006, Tikhon Medical defends the cheesy poof stash at Tikhon Prime, heals travelers, and provides revivification services at Greenleaves Alley.

Revive Points

Both cemeteries are well-maintained revive points. Make your way to either for a quick revive. Greenleaves Alley is run by the Tikhon Medical staff as an active revive point [11,88]. Go there for a nice fast stick in the neck.
