Main - Talk - Templates - Achievements - Signature Umbrella Corporation Discussion Hey Jackson Rohan here. I left the UC. Since Coven and gaf both left its just not as fun... Pop in to the Fone Arms for a beer and meet Tri-Cell. We have cookies... Jackson as for my reasons for leaving... i wanted a change of scenenry. Believe me i am still affiliated with UC but some other things have taken over like real life and some other instances. If you were to go ask Fanglord one of the reasons for me leaving he would tell you of what happened after i declared i was thinking of leaving. Namely i was insulted by those that i viewed as friends William Birkin Jr. was a prime example of this. The others have since apologised but it was nice to know what people thought of me. Orangegaf left because he didnt fancy spending time at UC without Coven as did i. Things have turned too serious. At the end of the day its a game and some of the others cant seem to grasp that. Sorry for not signing the posts. I did understand that we were roleplaying a group but still... that doesnt mean that we cant have fun and thats what i felt we were lacking. To tell the truth i felt under valued. No one paid me any attention and when i bothered to actually try with a vengence to start up propaganda again with alpha team i got ignored. I recieved one recruit RJ Red (a white). I had already pm'd all the other whites and they didnt even have the decency to message me back or say anything about refusing. Real life is also one of the problems i have had of late. I am starting to get less and less time to check Umbrella and nothing much was happening. I devoted most of my time to propaganda and recieved very little in the form of rewards (new members, recognition, a thank you etc). People would blame me when others left like Raven and i was accused of being a sub standard propaganda minister. In the end it was certain people and the roleplays that kept me there. As the roleplays dwindled i decided to leave and drew up my plans. I even went so far to do a farewell speech and state that i would pop in now and again. In response i charmingly got called a "fuckhead" by fanglord and a "fucking whiny emo bitch" by Will Birkin Junior. He even went so far as to mock my resignation speech. Well... i have nothing against UC as a whole but he can go fuck himself for all i care. I would however like to conduct joint events with UC like parties, defenses etc. so i havent completely left. Stylistically, while we do sign news posts, we write them in a NPOV journalistic format. So, "I did this and that" is not at all appropriate for the news. You can talk about actions done by you or your group in the 3rd person (but naming individuals is also generally not done either). Basically, recount events, not exploits. Anyway in regards to the UBCS and UCC.. after Thad informed me that we only had like 4 members in our UBCS, I decided in the best of interests to remove it and the UCC from the group listings. Umbrella is our main group/division, and UBCS is our sub-group/division. But because its lacking in numbers, as everyone prefers to join our Umbrella instead and I'm not sure if its even active anymore, it was best to have it removed from the listings. Also our UCC isn't really a group, its a place for the public.. OUR place for the public. Therefore there's no reason for it being on the listings either. If you want our UBCS back up then you go ahead and add it. I still have a radio tuned to the Shearbank frequency, so I'm well aware that you still play UD. Envoy's constant whining about you over the radio is a testimony of that. I also have reasons to believe that your still in the US, instead of going on pilgrimage to Japan. So that can't be the problem either. Even though we are doing very well nowadays (and I'm sure you know that), your presence is missed within in the Corporation.
