Revive Points

Wykewood's sole "published" revive point is a cemetery [17,75]. Revivification Requests may be placed using the Revive Tool (provided by DEM) or the Josephine's Generals forum.

The cemetery at [17,72] is not an active revive point run by any organized group, although revives may occasionally be had there due to general usage of the Sacred Ground Policy.

Players waiting for revives might want to move to Park Walk in South Blythville and put in a request at the Blythville Gang Message Board, who maintain it.

January

January 6th

Didn't find one standing zombie on the streets of Wykewood, and every building is repaired/barricaded apart from one dark building that's been ruined for "several weeks." The Western half of Wykewood is lit up and a few buildings are decorated with Christmas lights. Wykewood is in survivor hands. --Fiffy 404 OBR RRF 04:30, 6 January 2011 (UTC)

December

December 11nd

Ive been moving through Wykewood and its for the most part empty of survivors as far as ive seen. Still some zombies roaming about but not many. For the most part safe if you keep moving.

November

November 26th

Hunkered down here over the holidays, Pretty strong zed presence little, if any, light. Most buildings are trashed, and those that remain are filled with low level survivors huddling for warmth. From what I saw; Place is a death trap waiting for a horde to circle back on it and clean house. I'm moving Northeast cautiously, hoping to make it to Eastonwood before the first snow. Cuddling with my "length of pipe" for the night--EzKobra

November 22nd

I entered, or rather staggered into this suburb all the way from Brooksville, I was faced with the option of outrunning the horde or trying to sneak into the depths of their red zone, carefully making sure to avoid engaging any of the feral cloud that followed soon after the organized hordes left for more eastern areas, as Brooksville was inevitably going to come under attack, and whilst Greentown came under attack, I moved past their rear flanks in darkened buildings one day at a time, now I am in in Wykewood, the way in showed frequent groups of 5-7 Zombies outside of every resource point and some zombies even checking in the darkened buildings, it's hard to hide in this area with all that activity so I'll try to move even more to the west, perhaps to "the heart" of the redzone, the heart of it all, I noticed recently New Arkham immediately turned red, meaning the horde will soon pass through here again that much I can be certain of. In 3-4 Days, I will recommend an organized group of survivors attempt to retake Tompson Mall, the Horde appears to all be moving east, towards Dartside.--EveryTimeV 06:21, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

Barricade Plan

Wykewood has a Uniform Barricading Policy compliant barricade plan which can be found on its own page: Wykewood Barricade Plan

Note that barricade plans do not necessarily represent the actual state of a building's barricades, but rather the level to which survivors agree a building should be barricaded under normal conditions.
