Suggestion description
Again, based on http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/PR_Equipment_New#Cigarettes for those of you who haven't seen the first

  • 5% encumberance
  • Found 2% in mansions, 1% in towers, 1% in office buildings
  • Come in a cigar box of four (thats the 5%), each cigar smoked takes 1% encumberance away from the box until you are left with an empty box with 1% encumberance. This box cannot be refilled.
  • Other players will be informed "player begins to smoke a cigar" - x time
  • Can offer a cigar to another player, although that player must accept the next time they reload their page, or log in.
  • Limit of one "player begins to smoke a cigar" message per player, mutiple cigars smoked by the same player will not produce a message until that player moves at least one square.

Keep Votes

  1. Keep - Author and what not--Zach016 15:11, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  2. Keep Good improvement on last time. I'm glad you took away the HP loss but kept the giving bit. That could have been used by medics for XP farming. -- Cheese 15:20, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  3. Keep - Good for roleplaying. --FXI 16:45, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  4. Keep - If I have to chew this crappy gum in real life I can at least get the satisfaction of my character having a smoke occasionaly.--SeventythreeTalk 17:06, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  5. Keep/Question - What would happen if someone offered you a cigar and you accepted, but you're fully encumbered already? --Hhal 23:04, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  6. Keep - I still think it would be better as clothing but I like this too. -Death7 06:17, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
  7. Keep - I really don't get why this suggestion is getting so many kills, this would make the game much cooler to play. It's small things like this that would make the game more fun to play.--Jamie Cantwell3 06:54, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
  8. Keep - The visible message and gifting aspect make this great for roleplaying. --Uncle Bill 08:07, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

Kill Votes

  1. Kill - Because a clothing suggestion that I believe would work better. Having cigars as an item, rather than a clothing slot would be slightly irritating.  Billy Club Thorton  T!  RR  17:17, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  2. Kill - Why? --Heretic144 19:15, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
Re - Role playing. Having it as a clothing item is far from the same thing, this way its occanional so you and say your friends can "enjoy" a cigar after a large win, instead of the everlasting cigar you always happen to have. (trying to answer two in one)--Zach016 19:37, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  3. Kill - Better than the last version, but I still don't like cigars/cigarettes. Reminds me of the nasty smoke stench of my mom's house. Change it from cigars to soda and I'd vote keep. --Ms.Panes 20:08, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
Re - Predijuce is no exuse to elimanate a possible flavor item. They could be less heavy, though; 1% encumberance, mabye?--Dedling 02:23, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
BTW, you need to remove the other cigars suggestion. Follow the instructions here. --Ms.Panes 20:14, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  4. Kill - What are those cigars made of, compressed lead? Far too heavy. --Pgunn 20:15, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  5. Kill - Lol lead cigars... --BoboTalkClown 23:06, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  6. Kill - Such things are better done by speaking, as in: Pdeq said "hands you a cigar". --PdeqTalk* 23:54, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  7. Kill - eh, unneeded--CorndogheroT-S-Z 00:46, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

Spam/Dupe Votes

  1. Spam - Blah, uninteresting and unneeded -- boxy talki 15:20 10 February 2008 (BST)
  2. Spam streets is somkin' – Nubis 15:28, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  3. Spam - Not significant at all compared to people talking, dying, etc. --Aeon17x 16:11, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
Re - Not meant to be a super significat item, its for RPing. Don't use it like a fool (i.e. middle of a siege) but yet in a green burb and its just as fine as talking--Zach016 19:37, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  4. Spam - As above. --Midianian|T|T:S|C:RCS| 16:22, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  5. Spam - As above. --~~~~ [talk] 17:29, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  6. Spam - As above. Wait that sounds familiar.... --/~Rakuen~\Talk Domo.gif I Still Love Grim 20:31, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
