Your wiki
Welcome the the FoD :)
Fixed the spelling on the Rogues' Gallery link. Your page's got some formatting issues, it used to be good but I updated to FF3 and now it's too wide (mine as well, had a friend complain IE was displaying it wrong, and I assume I'm seeing what he was now). The two sections are on top of one another rather than beside each other. Easiest way is to auto-size the sections, the code's on mine if you want a hand with it. -- Peter McGrady FoD 13:23, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, I noticed the same thing, I have 2 computers at my house, and when they both had firefox3 I actually thought that's how Karth's user page was supposed to look like, vertical, not side to side. When I degraded to firefox2 on one of them, they stood side to side like that. Anyways, I used the auto-size and got them side to side again, yours looks the same to me though, like it still looks vertical. Change it from 55 to 50 for them to be side to side. I don't know, how do you think mine looks? This is the only way I could get it to display my full name in without scrunching up. I can't get the top of the boxes to line up for the life of me either. -- Denver 5MoC 17:49, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
- Me either, they've always been out of line for me. Damn, my problem is that no matter what I auto-size the two sections to, I can't work out how to autosize the pictures, and so they have pixel widths which override everything. Otherwise it'd be fine - my two sections are set to 25% and 55%, so there should be bucketloads of room. I might see if I can pester someone who's good with wikis about the picture autosizing. Yours looks good to me, but then again, mine looks good on my screen as well. -- Peter McGrady FoD 02:37, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, my user page looks fine on my firefox3 computer, but I looked at your code, and when I set the bottom one thats at 55% to 50% it lines up side to side for me. And you've probably already looked at it, but here is the all the media info on pictures. I'd say your best bet would be to mess around with the pixel size until it matches up with your autosize. Meaning, if you want the autosize to be at 55% but the pixel width overrides that and is to big, reduce the pixel till it matches up. I dont know if that made sense, but I think thats the way you do it. Tell me how it works out for you. -- Denver 5MoC 08:29, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
Whatup!
Hey, man! Thanks for the warm welcome. :) I've been having trouble finding time to play UD with my schedule recently, but I hope to be back in the swing of things very soon. Again, I appreciate the hospitality. Hopefully, we'll be punching holes in flotsam together in the coming week or so. HaliphaxTCS 15:28, 4 June 2009 (BST)
Greetings
Well, I noticed you where here and I just thought I'd stop by and say hello, I do hope I'm not being presumptuous or over-familiar by posting under the 'Friends and Family' section. If I am then feel free to move this to whatever section you like, it is your page after all. It's an excellent page you have here, just where did you find those rather beautiful pictures?--Sadie 06:27, 20 June 2009 (BST)
- Haha, you're not being presumptuous or over-familiar at all by posting here Sadie, I do think of you as a friend, we do chat a lot over in the PKer Hub, and I think we've been nothing but friendly to one another over there :D.
- Anyways, thanks your page is rather pleasing to the eye also, and these pictures are just somethings I picked up along the way through hours of searching Google images. I have folders full of pictures of zombies, death cultists, and just cool pictures in general. I'm glad you like them. -- Denver 5MoC 07:35, 20 June 2009 (BST)
- Yup, the Spam Court is getting a lot more fun these days. When I saw the sketch at the top of your page I thought you drew it and I was about to commend you on your artistic skills but instead I shall now commend you on your cat-thief internet fishing skills. Good job!! See ya around. --Sadie 22:06, 23 June 2009 (BST)

- It would be an honor to take part in a live duel with you. But I'll have to deny myself this pleasure for the time being since it's important that I be somewhere soon. Let's do it though, those are always fun.--Sir WV 02:53, 21 October 2007 (BST)

Nice
A disturbingly organised user area as well I notice. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:42, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
- Hahaha, yeah I don't know just like keeping everything neat and tidy. You thought I was joking about OCD? Psht, I wish. So I see your pretty active in Vinetown? I'm around those parts right now. Oh and by the way, we haven't been formerly introduced, I'm Denver, and do you go by the whole name Rosslessness, or just Ross?-- Denver 5MoC 20:54, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
- Meh. Whatever. FOD I see? I'm an independent in Vinetown, normally hang out near glassy. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:56, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah I just joined up with them. Did the whole survivor thing a while back, kinda got bored with it. They're a decent group, don't just kill everyone, have goals and a purpose. Oh and are you a person of rank on the wiki? Like in charge and stuff. -- Denver 5MoC 21:15, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
- vaguely --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 21:43, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
Huh, there's only 14 of you? I thought there'd be more. Well, if your independent in Vinetown every becomes bored with the survivor cause, I'm sure you'd be more than welcome to join the FoD. And when you said glassy did you mean Gelasius Hospital? -- Denver 5MoC 22:09, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yep. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 18:20, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
- Ok, well I guess I'll see yah around then. It was nice meeting ya Ross.-- Denver 5MoC 18:24, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
Linking to images
It appears here that you are having trouble linking to images. Doing it the way you are doing it is fine, but there is a much easier one ;).
Of course, when you type [[Image:Example]] the image shows up on the page. To fix this, put a : in front, so [[Image:Example]] becomes [[:Image:Example]]. like so.
Hope that helps :). Linkthewindow Talk 00:20, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah that does help a lot Link :). I've been copying and pasting the web address, this is a lot easier though. Thank-you, I'm gonna change all the images I have in my notes, and I'll remember to do the same thing whenever I put one up for speedy delete too. If there is anything else that I can do better, let me know, I'm always looking for ways to improve.-- Denver 5MoC 04:39, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
I noticed you signed and I just wanted to clarify, you are very welcome to join the Manhunt. I will get back to you soon on a starting date to make it easier for you. Good luck! DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION (TALK | CONTRIBS) 03:59, 22 April 2009 (BST)
- Awesome thanks Dance, I did just pop outta nowhere and wasn't sure if it was a certain group of people only kinda thing. Obi mentioned it before and I just followed up on it, since I'm always lookin for things to do to keep the game fresh. Thanks again, and If there's anything I can do to help, just let me know. -- Denver 5MoC 18:40, 22 April 2009 (BST)
- It should be fine. Just keep an eye out on the discussion page and pipe up sometime if you have any ideas on locations etc. DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION (TALK | CONTRIBS) 04:56, 1 May 2009 (BST)
Hostile Parties
Hostile? Well, I say you seem to be and it is your page
In response to you query of what I am planning on doing, I am rather planning on enjoying tea and continuing to do precisely what I have been doing. I believe you are attempting to goad me into hunting you down or some such other rubbish, but as you already kill yourself every time you kill me, I find the whole process to be quite efficient enough. You seem perfectly capable of hunting yourself down without my efforts, which is indeed roughly the level of skill demonstrated by shooting the same person in the same building day after day. Good show on that. You do realize I am not in any of the groups you are at war with in the first place? Quite clever to kill the people you are not at war with when the ones you are prove mildly less convenient! Your dedication to expending the least effort possible is commendable, sir. Susie be praised! Do stop long enough for some tea next time.
--Bartemius 15:44, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
- Well my apologies Bartemius, my only intention was to hunt down actual members of the Pk. If you are not a member, there is no reason for my prior actions against you, and all I can do is apologize and take full responsibility for them. I had made inquiries about you in the past, and they where all rebuffed by certain people that you where still indeed a Philosophe Knight. As for your other comments, the cycle of death in Malton is broken, death is no longer a feared thing since it is not permanent, and the effects of it are easily reversible. So, a game of "tag" if you will has evolved, where as the two sides facing off see how many times they can kill members of the other group. Every time we kill a Pk or Spartan, the FoD receives a point, and vice versa for the Pk and Spartans. So me window jumping prevents a revenge kill, and since death is no longer a formidable adversary and overcome with great ease, it is of little to no hindrance to me. Oh, and I'm guessing that the spray outside the Leary Building can be attributed to you? Anyways, about my skill level, I am a fairly new PKer, but I wouldn't blame the hunter as much as the prey. If you had been a Pk, and you continued to camp out in your groups "H.Q." even though I had killed you the past 3 time there, then I feel no remorse in educating you as the flotsam you are. This is gladly not the case though, and the Pk have not proven themselves to be less convenient, I have killed 3 other Knights, so if you have any other questions or comments I will entertain them, since the ones you have presented seem to be completely unfounded. I will take you up on that tea though, I've never been a big tea drinker, but you seem to be a experienced and well spoken-individual, and I don't think that spending a moment of my time engaged in conversation with you would be a waste. One last thing, if I may ask, who is Susie? -- Denver 5MoC 21:59, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
- I do apologize for keeping you waiting so. To be quite honest, aside from some very focused outings in very select company, I have retreated rather thoroughly into more private scholarly pursuits, and have not often looked beyond the pages of my books to see what others are doing or saying. Thank you for your apologies. I am glad to see you are willing to learn rather than trudge blindly forward based on assumptions with no opportunity for correction as so many do. As for Susie, she is the giant turtle on whose back our flat earth is carried. You could learn a thing or two by studying the findings of the noble Flat Earth Society --Bartemius 04:58, 16 April 2009 (BST)
- It's alright, sorry for being impatient and posting on your talk page, but I like to take care of things, and it bother's me when issues are left in the air. I'd like to say I'm open minded enough to listen to the others, figure you can only expand your horizon's. I am glad you're understanding of the situation, and I'd like to say that on your recommendation I did read up on the Flat Earth Society, so much that I found this. Sadly I cannot say I will openly embrace this new found knowledge, but I still respect you and your group's beliefs. It was nice making your acquaintance Bartemius, not so much when I first met you, but after we talked and clarified. Take care now, and I hope you are successful in your studies. -- Denver 5MoC 06:43, 16 April 2009 (BST)

- ...but finding you, was luck I was roaming that area and runned into you, the game loves me what can I do? --Obi + Talk!|TZH|MDK 12:44, 5 April 2009 (BST)
- It didn't love you during that manhunt... Haha ouch. By the way, you wanna have another one of those sometime? DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION (TALK | CONTRIBS) 12:47, 5 April 2009 (BST)
- Why'd you put this under hostile? I think we're more casual then anything. Anyways, this whole game is about luck, that's how I found yah the first time. Why don't you tell the game to share the love, that'd be brotherly of yah. Oh and not to be nosy or anything, but what's manhunt?-- Denver 5MoC 17:49, 5 April 2009 (BST)
- Well mostly because like cats and dogs, we can never be friends, btw the Manhunt is a type of minigame, kinda like a last man standing type of tournement on wich, for the record, I took pity of DDR (how did you end up talking to me on Denver's talk page? Ah ah!) and let him win :D. Another one would be awesome, just holler when everything is ready and I'll be there you should totally join too Denver, dude. --Obi + Talk!|TZH|MDK 20:43, 5 April 2009 (BST)
Hahaha, cats and dogs huh? Well I guess, besides that though I'd definitely be up for participating in the next manhunt you get going. I'm always looking to expand my horizons. I'll try not to take pity on other players though, since that just seems to back fire :D. -- Denver 5MoC 04:14, 6 April 2009 (BST)
A rose of chance?
The note tied to that rose you gave me led me here. What, pray tell, have I done to become a target?-Lorddragonfang 05:59, 23 April 2009 (BST)
- Your group was selected by FoD leadership, for a number of reasons which I think are covered here. Figured if you'd like to know why you where killed, I'd leave my calling card so you'd know where to contact me. Oh and by the way nice Nav Bar ;). Another thing, you might want to change your "Logic and Reason" template so that it includes your name instead of mine, I'm flattered but it's just something I noticed. -- Denver 5MoC 00:39, 26 April 2009 (BST)
- Ah, alright. I had to go offline for a while, so I didn't take too much notice of the PK. I must say though, that is doing it with style. And as for the navbar/templates, thanks... I just couldn't resist, they were too cool :D - Lorddragonfang Talk 04:55, 27 April 2009 (BST)
- Thanks, I try to at least give respectable opponents a heads up so its not like a shot outta the dark. We've moved on for the time being I believe, so that link I provided is going to be changing soon :P. It's snazzy ain't it? Karth Salvage really had a good thing going on with the whole UD Theme, oh and by the way I fixed your sig so the time stamp shows up properly. Hope you don't mind. -- Denver 5MoC 06:07, 27 April 2009 (BST)
- Yeah, thanks for that, actually. I couldn't figure out what was wrong... guess I forgot to close my tag... or pasted over it :P -- Lorddragonfang Talk 01:37, 28 April 2009 (BST)
Yeah it happens, you where missing some code. If you mind me asking, are you pretty content with your day to day activities in Malton?-- Denver 5MoC 01:47, 28 April 2009 (BST)
This is just a reminder to tell you, and the other contestants, that Axe Hack's 2nd Manhunt is commencing on the 20th of June. The playing area will be the suburbs around East Becktown, so start moving there and run around the place to get used to your arena, if you don't, it could cost you your life! You are expected to be in the fighting area by the start of June 20th, so don't forget! DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION (TALK | CONTRIBS) 07:07, 1 June 2009 (BST)
- Will definitely be there, I'm stocking up now.-- Denver 5MoC 07:12, 2 June 2009 (BST)
- Alrighty, it's in the same place still, but it's been pushed back till 1st July for Axe Hack. DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION (TALK | CONTRIBS) 02:22, 20 June 2009 (BST)
