If you would be so kind as to help us discuss such matters, we would certainly create a strong alliance with all of the groups that are willing to join. The only thing that is set into stone is that we are all chancellors for our own organizations, and there will be no higher authority. This is a union of organizations. We are not trying to create a larger dominant group. There can only be one person to work for such said organization so choose wisely. This helps with identification of the organization at question. Just dropped in to shamelessly plug a group we contracted for some business a while back. A good way to have someone else do the dirty work you either can't do or could but don't want to risk sanctions from other survivor groups. Or maybe it's not dirty work at all.
