Description

Krinks Power Station is a four-block building located in the suburb of Williamsville in the south of the city and is one of the two defunct power stations in Malton. It was originally owned and operated by Malton Power and Light prior to the outbreak. The station was built to replace the old and small Tolman Power Station in the east of the town. It is an ideal location as a Base Of Operations and used to be inhabited by the Communist Party of Malton and Zombie Juice, two survivor groups. As of November 2009, Krinks Power Station is inhabited by people not belonging to any group, often passing through. For now the WWSIS maintains the station. They adhere to the safety standards as set by the Communist Party of Malton for this location and use LURCS to keep the population up to date on imminent threats. It is the policy to keep the Krinks Power Station at EHB++. See Williamsville Barricade Plan for details on the surrounding buildings.

14 March 2010 Allies of the united front wonder why a group that models themselves on Nazism would expect NOT to be killed on sight by leftists. --Fenian 01:30, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

10 March 2010 The NSU wonders why the survivors inside keep calling NSU members 'PK', while the survivors have declared war themselves. --Cornholioo 20:26, 10 March 2010 (UTC)

10 March 2010 The NSU have started guerilla action against the defenders of Krinks Power Station. The NSU call it Battle of Krinks. The survivors inside will very likely not be able to catch the PKer to bring him to justice, but they are determined to ensure the NSU will not gain a foothold in the plant. --zyckde 12:06, 10 March 2010 (UTC)

3 March 2010 The plant is still safe. Members of the CPM and the FUACK have arrived. They have come to ensure fascists will not gain a foothold in the plant. --zyckde 11:01, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

18 February 2010 There had been a breach in the southern quadrants, but all is good again. Several zombies keep scratching the cadings in the South Eastern quadrant. LURCS keeps the population updated with news bulletins, and is organizing the replacement of destroyed radio's. --Zyckde 15:40, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

Late January 2010 All four quadrants have been rebuild and have generators and transmitters keeping the sizable population informed through LURCS --Zyckde 14:57, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

Mid January 2010 All four quadrants have been rebuild. --Zyckde 12:07, 10 January 2010 (UTC)

Late December 2009 2 Eastern quadrants totally ruined. The destruction was preceded by series of GK incidents in the Western side of the plant. There are no surviving members of the WWSIS, except for one who was getting supplies from the mall at the time of the invasion and is currently the last survivor in there. --Zyckde, 28 December 2009 (BST)

December 2009 All 4 quadrants fully powered, NE and SE with transmitters tuned at 27.18 Mhz. Most survivors stay in the surrounding buildings. All sections EHB. The generators are being refueled constantly by members of the WWSIS. --Zyckde, 18 December 2009 (BST)

Inhabitants of the plant

The gennies and transmitters in the plant have been installed by the WWSIS, who are dedicated to keep the Krinks as a symbol of working class unity.

Keeping Krinks Power Station safe is also one of the goals of the National Socialist Union. According to them this includes keeping the Power Station free from any zombie, PK and GK. The news that NSU was planning to come to Krinks was not received well, even though the National Socialist Union was hostile to none pro-suvivor groups. The animosity has to do with the left wing tradition in the power plant. The WWSIS, CPM and FUACK are active in defending the plant from any fascist elements.

Anonymous broadcast from the Krinks or one of its surrounding buildings.

  • Nobody is low priority. We're all equal.
