Kinch Heights is a suburb of Malton, located in the south central part of the city. Prior to the outbreak, Kinch Heights was an idyllic if slightly dysfunctional suburb. Nearly all of its buildings are constructed from sturdy wood. Though pleasant to look at, Kinch Heights has historically been the location of several terrible fires. As a result, there are no fewer than six fire stations in the area, built to preserve the suburb from the blazes that so easily sparked to life. In the southeast areas of the suburb is a large green tract of land on which four majestic churches are built. There are four fire stations erected adjacent to the churches and their graveyards - the protection of these landmarks was of the utmost importance.

In contrast, the northwest area of Kinch Heights was once a lively business district, catering to both the blue and white collar sectors. When the day was done, many workers would migrate to Noyce Arms to down a few before heading back home.

Crime, aside from juvenile mischief and the Harmsworth Massacre, had never been much of a problem in the mostly residential areas of Kinch Heights, so life at the Milverton Place Police Department had been relatively uneventful until the outbreak. Currently, it serves as a gathering place for anyone needing a place to sleep and eat.

The local radio frequency is 26.15 MHz, survivors are asked to tune in for the latest.

Area is quiet, a bit more zombies than usual in the north. Most buildings are overbarricaded and nearly none of the entry points are still valid, so beware if you're exploring this area. --Sonrah 11:02, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

25.96 MHz: "... flying over Kinch Heights, it's looking empty ... a lot of lights on, looks the area's been reclaimed ... infrastructure looks intact ... the Luscombe Building has power ..." --Ryan Rocksmith 12:43, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
