Anja, UD Fark does not maintain their talk page... It is a war, once a side has been taken it is very hard to go back into being neutral. Indecency is unfortunatly to be expected, it does work for our benefit though as the insults are public, in a game where death is cureable, propaganda is the real warfare. Anyway, you actually got pretty lucky, both in terms of when you became active and in terms of the RNG. I spent 20AP attacking you and only managed to land two blows for some reason, which is the worst any of us in the MOB's strike team have seen in quite awhile. And then you got lucky by logging on right then, since the next person in the strike was lining up to sink their teeth into you when you got out of there. Nah, no need to revive me, since the first thing I'd be doing (at least with that character) is finding a tall building I can jump from. And I definitely know where you're coming from, since some of my other characters have been in similar positions. As for this one, the MOB is actually rather neutral as well: we view everyone breathing as being equally unenlightened by BARHAH and in need of our assistance. Hah, I wouldn't worry about upsetting me, both because it's rather difficult to do and because there are almost no consequences for doing so. When it comes to stuff around the wiki (side note: I'm a sysop and bureaucrat, which are fancy titles for saying that I'm one of the lead janitors around here), sysops rarely carry any more authority than anyone else, and they're certainly not more important than anyone else. We're just regular users who have a few extra buttons, and if we abuse those buttons or our authority at all, even slightly, we get slapped pretty hard for doing it. Updating images

You actually don't have to make a new file if you want to upload a different version of an image. Click on the image you want to update, scroll to the bottom, and then click on "Upload a new version of the file." Select your new version, upload, and it will overwrite the old image. The old versions are saved (up to a point) in the file history section near the bottom of each file. See File:Rrfposter22.jpg for an example of an image with two different versions. -MHSstaff 00:42, 24 March 2013 (UTC)

Or you can just stop using it, and eventually the admin types will delete it when they check for unused images, since we're allowed to delete those as soon as we see them. Why did you sign up for the forum? I would like to know because I had to implement measures to prevent spies. I think many of the ud groups have shriveled and would make for good mergers for those who would like an active forum and an active leadership role alongside many different players. To be honest, it's becoming a rather nice survivor group but I would like to keep an open mind for those who enjoy playing UD anyway they would like. So with that, I would like to offer a partnership wether it be for merging or merely diplomatic reasons. We can definitely talk more about it because I view my group as everyones group. Bot marking

Hi Anja! Just wanted to say that, while I appreciate your enthusiasm in marking bots, it's generally a good idea to only add {{BP}} once a bot has actually made an edit. Earlier today you added it to a number of users beginning User:Rosset... which had actually already been IP-blocked. Also, there's technically no way to know if a new account is a bot until it makes an edit, unless its name is clearly in a pattern (like the Rosset bots). Thanks! I would say keep doing what you're doing, just only replace the userpage with {{BP}} if the bot account has already created it or made an edit. If you like, you can report bots that haven't made an edit at UDWiki:Administration/Vandal Banning/Bots. Bob Moncrief ^EBD•W! 14:54, 3 December 2013 (UTC)

a general question for anyone who wants to help

crowbank is very busy lately. there are a bunch of people here within a couple blocks that might be zerging. all of their names are taken from characters from the walking dead. crowbank regulars say they do not care because they're 'pulling their own weight'. that is not fair at all. i want an expert opinion on this. i suspect that these six accounts are zerging. i believe they are zerging because they all have the names of characters from the walking dead, and they were created next to eachother. the final one is not a name of a walking dead character, but still a reference to it and it is also created very close to the ones before it.

My zed alt, Nut, generally loiters around Fort Creedy and I've encountered most of these accounts. I think they may have been involved with some of CDFs operations around the fort and surrounding suburbs recently, so perhaps CDF can vouch for or against them.

Coincidentally I wandered into Crowbank (so have been involved in the increased activity there) recently and saw them around your revive point, and surrounding buildings. --Futuyama (talk) 15:13, 30 May 2015 (UTC)
