These are the details of all completed operations which are unclassified at this time. Other operations may still be active or due to their classified nature we can not publish any information. Current Operations can be found on our main page.
The Battle for Fort Creedy - Completed: 16-18th October 2005.
The ACC assisted in its first major operation to defend Fort Creedy against overwhelming zombie numbers. The few of the ACC who managed to arrive assisted in holding the fort - ultimately giving their lives to this cause (but were later revived.)
Sgt Whiskey Swiper assisted in the strategic level of defence alongside the Creedy Defense Force and eventually ordered the ACC survivors to fall back, and called off localized relief efforts from small groups realizing it could lead to a massacre.
Despite the battle ultimately being a defeat, it gave the ACC its first taste of fire in battle. It performed admirably - understrength and low on ammunition.
Operation : Black Ice - Completed.
After the rise of MugenX who decided to lead a rebel unit within Creedy itself, Swiper commissioned Operation: Black Ice - to remove MugenX from command of a few fanatical followers, determined to hold Creedy and - allegedly - assist known PK groups.
MugenX was wounded on the attempt on his life and was eventually finished off by the Undying Scourge. Following this small 'victory,' Swiper announced Black Ice to be completed, and ordered massed recruitment and preparations for his new offensives.
Operation : Black Ice II - Completed.
Black Ice II was a long-term Operation run by the ACC. Fort Perryn was the target, and from the commencement of the first main offensive (28th October 2005) Perryn was under the control of the ACC (Swiper having nicknamed it 'Fort Liberty').
The ACC held the Armoury and occasionally left it empty, so that sweeper teams could launch constant harassing attacks upon the zombie menace.
Swiper claimed 9 kills from the commencement of Black Ice II, and the ACC's kill ratio was extraordinarily high.
After a number of days of constant attacks and maintaining the stronghold, ACC forces fell back to be redeployed to respond to more pressing issues. BI2 is currently effectively over. However a follow-up operation is rumoured to being considered.
Operation : Driveby - Completed.
After several confused weeks following the Shubeck Issue, Perryn (Operation: Black Ice 2), and several minor engagements - the ACC was planning on building a fortress in Penny Heights - or launching a new wave of attack on Perryn.
However, reports started to arrive which spoke of an epic battle at Caiger Mall. The ACC was thus in a dilemma, with this sudden pressure to break off a covert operation in progress to assist the defenders at Caiger Mall. It was eventually decided that around half of the ACC force would be redeployed to Caiger Mall to assist the survivors, and requests were sent out to all members asking them to respond to the situation if possible.
The Mall still stands to this day. After a long siege, the RRF claimed that they were returning home, since they were not able to penetrate the defences in any significant way. With the loss of the RRF attacking the Mall, the number of zombies decreased dramatically, thus it was ever less likely to fall as indeed it didn't.
However there were suspicions that it was all a cooperative ploy between the hordes, so certain troops stayed on duty to check until it became clear that the zombies really had given up in the first true human defensive victory. The Caiger Mall Survivors, along with a number of other groups, still hold it to this day.
Operation : Dynasty - Cancelled.
An operation planned against the New CoL after Swiper's arguement with them. Little is available publicly about this operation, but since it is now cancelled due to a declared ceasefire, the details are irrelevant.
Operation : Sacred Ore - Completed.
The Army Control Corps was one of the key forces in the The January Siege of Giddings Mall, Swiper devised the The Giddings Mall Defence Policy and established the Giddings Defenders to coordinate the defence of the Mall. The Giddings Defenders led to increased cooperation with the various groups assisting at Giddings Mall. When the Mall fell, only one member of the ACC made it out alive, he proved instrumental in assisting and coordinating the revives of the other ACC members.
After the fall of Giddings Mall, the Giddings Defenders decided not to disband - and many groups wished to continue this cooperation - leading to the foundation of the Alliance of Giddings based upon the principles of the Giddings Defenders.
The ACC was combat ready within three days of the Siege, and assisted retaking Giddings Mall.
Operation : Fluffy Bunny - Completed.
Fluffy Bunny was the ACC's last major move in the Peppardville/Pitneybank area to force back lingering zombies. It was a resounding success and thats all that needs to be said.
Operation : Phoenix - Completed.
An operation at Giddings Mall with the Alliance of Giddings. Following the recent overwhelming forces of zombies at Creedy and the subsequent falling back of several Alliance groups, the ACC turned its attention to a more pressing matter, the defence of Giddings. The operation was named after the April reformation of the ACC.
Unfortunately, defensive preparations were hampered by pkers, many of which are members of the group Sometimes. Who these pkers were is anyone's guess; with no concrete proof despite many theories. In the end the ACC was gathered and the few besieging zombies fought off.
Operation : Emperor Mushroom - Completed.
The objective of this operation was the defence of Roftwood and an attempt to bring support to the Mall which was under seige. The ACC prepared to move out and with the sudden loss of communications we feared the worst.
Going in kitted out for a full assault, the ACC found the Mall completely devoid of life. Several attempts by the groups in the area to recolonize the Mall failed and eventually the battle became a standoff.
With reports received of an incoming horde at Giddings, this operation was declared over and all forces were recalled to Giddings.
Operation : Aspestos - Completed.
An emergency operation which over-ruled Operation: Emperor Mushroom and resulted in the recall of everyone from Roftwood.
Incoming reports indicated a siege was soon to come to Giddings, so all other operations were declared over and this set up as the official defence of Giddings operation. All members of the ACC arrived at the Mall and worked with the other members of the Alliance of Giddings to defend it. The operation was declared a resounding success when the besieging horde (The Shining Ones) retreated.
Operation : Ganja - Completed.
After the completion of Aspestos we moved onto the pressing issue of reclaiming AoG territories. This operation was a planned reclamation assault on Fort Creedy. The initial stage was a complete success; the fort was cleared of zombies entirely and barricaded up. During the next few days we locked down the fort entirely, killing all the zombies in the fort's grounds and the CDF started to trickle in as well as a number of unaffiliated survivors and other members of the AoG. After defending the fort as the final stage of this operation we have moved on to our next.
Operation : Liberty - Completed.
After successfully retaking, securing and defending Fort Creedy we have moved on to Operation Liberty, where we were involved in the retaking and defending of Stickling Mall in the suburb Shearbank. Initially the operation worked well when we with help of various local groups retook and barricaded the mall. But due to few reinforcements and steadily new zombies, who we believe are more or less feral, the mall and our Forward HQ, Fort Romero fell. After retaking the mall several more times, we were called down for an emergency operation against the Big Bash.
Operation : Ham Salad - Completed.
An operation in the areas south of Pitneybank, and a direct attack on the Big Bash currently touring Malton. Dozens of zombies were killed; but overall it seemed to have no effect on the Bash as a whole, as such we packed up and moved back to where we could make more of a difference.
Operation : Shady Town - Cancelled.
An operation against the zombies in Peppardville, specifically those hitting the resource buildings west of Creedy. Eventually our safehouse was cracked open, and whilst in the process of reviving we were called up for another emergency operation against the Big Bash.
Operation : Thin Dead Line - Completed.
An operation against the Big Bash; this was our part in the Shearbash Alliance. However the whole thing never really got off the ground, and we encountered only light zombie activity. As November 5th approached we finished up in Shearbank and made our way near to Ridleybank for the 5th of November.
Operation : Remember Remember - Completed.
Our part in the 5th of November operation. We killed a lot of zombies, and helped secure a number of locations within Ridleybank. However, the supplies situation started to deteriorate and our troops started to get restless. As such, with the repairing of the forts, we decided to pull out and return to location from long in the ACC's past, Fort Perryn.
Operation : Ant Lion - Completed.
Following the Corps' arrival at Fort Perryn, a strong defense was established by both ACC personnel and individual survivors. Whilst initally successful at clearing both the Fort and surrounding area; the innability to dispose of bodies outside of the Fort began to take its toll, resulting in several days of close-quarters fighting which resulted in heavy casulties on both sides. Despite this, the ACC was able to not only significantly reduce the amount of zombies in the area, but also provide a successful demonstration of how to take and hold a position against superior numbers.
After some time, the High Command of the Corps (under the leadership of Colonel Myo) decided the troops needed a little change of scenery from the normally hectic schedule. Thus we left the Fort in the capable hands of resident survivors and headed north.
Operation : Take A Break - Completed.
Despite rumours of a pub crawl, the Corps found itself in Gibsonton on a PR exercise. ACC troops were soon working alongside local survivors in maintaining barricades, providing a welcome revive point, and elminating any PK'ing inside the suburb. This continued for some time, increasing the profile of the Corps significantly in the area. However, news of the heavy assault on Giddings Mall to the south soon caught the attention of the troops, and so a plan was drawn up to assist the besieged inhabitants of Giddings.
Operation : To Have And To Hold - Completed: January 22, 2007.
The ACC along with other local and nomadic survivor groups were able to successfully repel the zed thread at Giddings Mall. This was a resounding success due to high coordination and quick commencement of attacks against the enemy at hand.
Operation : Red Scourge - Completed: March 13, 2007.
Mall Tour '07 was a thorn in the ACC's side early this year. Defensive positions were set along various malls within the Tour's path, but it was inevitable that each location was going to fall due to low survivor numbers and lack of coordination. The ACC did its part in what it could to save vital areas from falling, but it wasn't long before a new mission was drawn up to retake the malls ripped to shreds by the undying menace.
Operation : Goosebumps - Completed: May 19, 2007.
The Army Control Corps and other survivor groups successfully defended key resource buildings and safe houses clustered near the center of Kinch Heights for several days. The ACC was, at times, outnumbered by a ratio of as many as 5:1 while holding buildings such as the vital Nevill NT Building. With the onset of new recruits and increased stability within the current suburb, the ACC relocated to Greentown to begin training the new additions to the group.
Operation : Bootcamp - Completed: June 5, 2007.
Many new survivors started linking up with the Army Control Corps, which prompted High Command to redirect efforts upon this new surge of recruits. The ACC occupied the suburbs of Greentown and Brooksville to show the ropes to the new trainees as well as letting them get used to how the group works in a less volatile environment.
Operation : March To Hell - Ended: June 27, 2007.
A ferocious, mercilessly hard war was raged with the zed occupiers of Ridleybank, and progress in retaking the suburb was slowly, yet steadily, made. Unfortunately, the appearance of LUE in Stanbury Village along with reinforcements from the RRF to Ridleybank completely reversed all efforts made by the ACC and other survivor groups. Following the fall of Nichols Mall and the Blackmore NT, the Army Control Corps relocated to regroup and resupply for the next mission.
Operation : Temporary Stay - Ended: July 17, 2007.
A reunion with old allies ignited this Operation within the suburb of Pitneybank. The Army Control Corps aided in efforts to retake Fort Creedy that had already been initiated by survivor groups (including the CDF). However (as in the past operation), the arrival of LUE shifted mission priorities. A defense was made at Giddings Mall, but it was rendered useless by fleeing survivors, though those who remained gave a valiant effort to hold mall. It was mutually agreed between the survivor groups that the mall would fall fast, so a last stand was made at the Morrish NT building. Collectively, the survivors in that building had been noted by LUE as having put up a reasonable fight since they had first started their group. While the mission ultimately ended in defeat, it still provided evidence that the Army Control Corps (among other groups) were willing to show no mercy and fight until the bitter end.
Operation : Spilled Milk - Ended: August 20, 2007.
The Army Control Corps initiated a series of Missions to retake the suburb of Crowbank. However, low survivor presence, active zed hordes, and a lack of an efficient supply line ultimately crippled any efforts made toward the ultimate goal. The ACC effectively cancelled the mission realizing that it would be more productive to operate elsewhere.
Operation : Atlas Rising - Completed: August 28, 2007.
A resounding success was met in the defense and reclamation of Vinetown. Working in coordination with groups such as Disgruntled Heroes & M.E.R.C.Y., the ACC simultaneously provided a security task force to assist in Mitchem Mall's defense while a separate force retook and held Goodford Road PD, Ling Boulevard PD, and Bubcar Towers. Feeling the local groups could handle clean-up and maintenance, High Command announced an end to the Operation and soon began planning for the next whilst a resupply mission commenced.
Operation : Pest Control - Ended: September 15, 2007.
A large swathe of Malton has turned to Red in light of the rampant zombie outbreak. As such, High Command has designated Huntley Heights as our next major area of Operations. The Mission is simple in plan, but difficult in execution: recapture the desolated suburb.
The Mission inevitably encountered hostile resistance in the form of both Zombies and PK'ers. Due to overwhelming numbers by both enemies, the Army Control Corps was eventually forced to retreat, only able to handle so much with its combined forces.
Operation : Longshot - Ended: October 30, 2007.
The Army Control Corps initially entered the suburb of Tollyton in order to help hold Woodroffe Mall. This mall was held for about a week but fell. The ACC retreated to Hildebrand Mall which was similarly under siege. The ACC helped to hold the mall for a number of weeks before it became embroiled in a small fight with the PK group Revenge. Revenge members had planned to ambush the ACC using a spy to relay information. However, the High Command became aware of this plan and attacked before they had the chance to attack. The ACC refused to abandon the mall to fight the PK'ers though and stayed in the mall for another week. Finally a large scale attack on Hildebrand from several PK'er groups unaffiliated with Revenge decimated those ACC who were sleeping in the threatened corner. With an upcoming mission constraining our ability to stay in Hildebrand and in light of the large PK'er presence the ACC retreated to restock for the upcoming mission.
Operation : Guy Fawkes - Completed: November 16, 2007.
A degree of statistical accomplishments awarded the Army Controls Corps a variant of success. While the infamous Blackmore NT Building was never fully captured, the ACC along with other survivor groups such as C4NT, The Fortress, and E.N.D. were able to secure a large portion of the almost perennially Very Dangerous suburb of Ridleybank. Assaults on Blackmore were commenced as often as possible, but it was only a matter of time before the ACC would alter its directives and resupply for the next Operation.
This event was also notable for the fact that the Special Forces were reinstated, and our member count well exceeded 40+.
