Raines Hills is a suburb of Malton, located in the north of the city. Raines Hills used to be a red light district like its southern neighbors Huntley Heights, Roachtown and Randallbank but that all changed when the construction of four new churches replaced three clubs and one bar that used to be there. Since there was less business with the new churches coming in, the prostitutes and drug dealers moved down to Huntley Heights, making crime worse and Huntley Heights more crowded than it was before.

Survivors are encouraged to maintain power and radio transmitters in all resource buildings including Orders Crescent Police Department. The phone transmitter building for the suburb is St. Romuald's Church and will now be kept powered and fuelled and at EHB by the SRU and any other Survivors.

25.96 MHz: "... can see thirty or so on the streets of Raines Hills ... a horde of twenty or so outside Orders Crescent Police Dept ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... infrastructure looks intact ... power's on at the Goldsworthy Building ..."

25.96 MHz: "... reporting from Raines Hills, I've got thirty or so active ... maybe a dozen outside Orders Crescent Police Dept ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... infrastructure looks intact ... power's on at the Jack Building ..."

Those two broadcasts were heard 12 hours apart. Apart from the horde outside Orders Crescent Police Department, the suburb seems to be doing fine. -- Kittithaj 08:54, 21 March 2011 (UTC)
