The well-known zombie strike of 2005. --Toejam Atmosphere 20:03, 15 September 2007 (BST)

For

  1. --Toejam 20:10, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  2. one the greatest events in the entire UD history. I dont know why this wasnt voted yet. --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 20:22, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  3. -- Pavluk A! 20:24, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  4. Helped make it happen alongside the rest of the RRF, (Ah, the memories. We were all talking about it and pushing for it in #rrf, and then when petrosjko came on, working together as a group to convince him of the need, then put out the call), and it had a huge effect on the game, including a game update, the 50 people hear speech thing. --The Grimch U! 20:36, 15 September 2007 (BST)
that was not a good impact in the game... but mall swarming and feeding groans were :P --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 20:39, 15 September 2007 (BST)
They were both apparently in the pipeline, the strike forced em out sooner, but the strike actually created the 50 people talk change by having over a thousand people chatting incessantly at each other. Great times, Great times. --The Grimch U! 20:49, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  5. OH HELL YEAH! --User:Axe27/Sig 20:37, 15 September 2007 (BST)

  7. Yes.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 20:40, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  8. Absolutely. You young'n's don't know how important this was. It spurred not one, not two, but three game code changes, which is pretty much the definition of a "historical event" by the criteria given.--Jorm 20:43, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  9. Hells yeah. And Nalikill is an idiot. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 20:44, 15 September 2007 (BST)

  11. Sets the "Gold Standard" for historic events. If this one doesn't get in there, then get rid of the category, or change its name. SIM Core Map.png Swiers 21:12, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  12. Stanstock turned the game (temporarily) from Zombie vs. Human to Zombies and Humans vs. Kevan. It should be kept for that very reason.--ShadowScope 22:33, 15 September 2007 (BST)
  13. I wasn't here for it but theres no way that anyone could play and NOT hear of it.--Dragon fang 22:58, 15 September 2007 (BST)

  15. The definative historical event ! Sir Fred of Etruria 02:02, 16 September 2007 (BST)
  16. For - Uhmmmmm, DUH! This was the historical event of UD's entire existence. Period. --WanYao 02:56, 16 September 2007 (BST)
  17. Of course. I started playing UD a year and a half after it happened, and I still have heard about it many times and what it did. It provoked major game changes, probably the most impactful event of UD history. As several people have said, if this were to not be voted historical, there would be no point to even having the category.--Panthera 04:56, 16 September 2007 (BST)
  18. Aye --Banana reads Scoundrell for all of Yesterday's News, Today! 05:49, 16 September 2007 (BST)

  20. A funtastic event. Except for the l a g. We basically broke the game. BARHAH! David Suzuki 11:47, 16 September 2007 (BST)

  24. Affirmative. Although I wasn't playing yet, I had heard of Stanstock. If that is not big enough for Historical-ness I don't know what is. --Pedentic 03:06, 17 September 2007 (BST)

  30. Clearly qualifies.--Father Thompson 00:07, 19 September 2007 (BST)
  31. If it happened it happened, and although we've never heard of it, it seems to be well known, so it should be in.--Crabappleslegalteam 01:02, 19 September 2007 (BST)
