The Use of Extremely Heavy Barricading
Defending a safehouse is difficult, particularly when the maximum barricade level is set at VS (very strong). Therefore, it is the stated policy of Head Hunters that all of its safehouses should be maintained at an EH level of barricading. While this excludes newer players (or rather, those who do not possess the Free Running skill), it is generally within the ability of most new players to attain their first level up within a few day's play. It is also generally agreed that as the game becomes more difficult (more higher-level zombies, thus creating a need for higher-level barricades), it becomes ever-more essential that the Free Running skill is attained above all others.
Head Hunters is committed to helping new (and older) players find somewhere to base themselves, but firmly believes that players must first help themselves if they are to succeed. Purchasing the Free Running skill at the earliest opportunity is considered by Head Hunters as not only a sign of willingness to help oneself; but also as a sign of a committed player, willing to get "stuck into" the tactics of survival.
Tagging of Safehouses
Although it is the intention of Head Hunters to have their safehouses tagged on the inside, it remains up to the individual unit member whether tagging occurs. Likewise, it is also up to the individual unit member to decide whether to tag the local area to provide directions to the safehouse. Officially, Head Hunters believes this may encourage unwanted attention, but it remains firmly at the discretion of each unit member.
