Survivors Suggestion description
The rifle will do about 7 damage, the base accuracy will be 10%, and it will go up to 35% with Basic Firearms Training, 60% with Rifle Training, and 70% with Advanced Rifle Training. The downside to this? It only has a capacity of ONE round, and the bullets are found individually. It also has an encumberance of 6%, and the rifle and its ammo can only be found in PDs, mall gun stores, and fort armories.

3. WEAK KeepSuggestions for new weapons almost always get shot down but this one is better than some of the others I've seen.You should throw in the damage reductions for Flak Jackets,and maybe instead of finding them in gun stores(since they are bolt action)you could find them in historical museums.
