Don't worry, you get used to people thinking your a chick because of your name. People still tend to call me a women, even though on my user page it says my name is Ben in big bolded letters, not to mention the fact that I know dick about color schemes. Anyway, the biggest reason why it happens on the wiki is that we can't always tell writing styles (men tend to write in a different way then women) too well, and that we don't know the person. As for CGR, I've never had a problem with them, I've even worked with them a few times. And Obi? It looks like he's just plain retarded. And with all my experiences with TZH, I don't quite like them. wiki help

well anyone can be an arbitor, and here on the wiki we basicly do it the same way anyone else would. we hear both sides of the story then try to come up with a fair compromise. now if you wish for some gernal wiki help, may i suggest Project Mentor? it's really helpful and im sure they could help you better then i could.--'BP^Tmz 14:47, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

ah. gottcha. normally what happens is you keep an eye on the page. when a case comes up, you volunteer. on average about 2-5 people volunteer but there's no limit. both parties then choose an arbitor that they both like.--'BP^Tmz 15:12, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Wow...I didn't see your response from the 17th until today...Anyways...If you want the RR in your name, and don't want to spend a lot of time typing ^[[RR]]~~~~, you could go to "my preferences", and fill in ^[[RR]]Ashley Valentine in the nickname field.
