I have noticed your registration for the Manhunt was a bit late, coming in 2 hours after the event has officially begun. Signature

Right, go to "My preferences" at the top of your screen on the right. Then, type in the following code:

Note: Using this method, your signature looks rather small. That's because there's a policy on signatures saying they can't be larger than 14 pixels in height. If it's too small, I recommend cropping your image so that it's just the text, with no white border, or having a text based signature instead of an image based one.--Yonnua Koponen ^{Talk ! Cropping it won't really work, there's not enough white space above or below the text to make a difference. If you used a font to create the image, you might be able to use the same font on the wiki, using the <font face="NAME">Text</font> code. For example, <font face="Boopee">Text</font> brings up this: Text. If you slot that into a link, like [[User:Natasha Fatale|<font face="Boopee">Natasha Fatale</font>]], you'll get this: Natasha Fatale. Just replace the Boopee with whatever you want to use, but remember that not all fonts work on the wiki, and even those that show for some don't always work for everyone (my old sig used Neuropol and Fiolex Girls, which only worked for like three people). If you need to nab the code for colouring text and changing fonts, I've some old sigs archived here you can make use of. 02:07, 3 July 2010 (BST)

Hi there, the <span style="font-family:YOURFONTHERE; font-size:PIXELSHIGHpx; color:HEXIDECIMALCOLORCODE">YOURTEXTHERE</span> tags work very well too, and allow you to control multiple variables at once.

The preceding sentence was formed with just one set of tags- <span style=>text</span>. These tags can be used to do all sorts of things with text- in this case, to alter its font, size, and color. Simply replace YOURFONTHERE, PIXELSHIGH, and HEXIDECIMALCOLORCODE (color codes can be found here) with the indicated font or number, and the text changes. For another example, let's see how the same set of tags could be applied to a signature:

In this case, you would have a 14 pixel tall Times New Roman signature, with the first word linking to your userpage and the second to your talk. The font, size, and colors could all be adjusted to your needs.

Sig shenanigans

Hey girl, still having trouble with the sig? I see User:Natasha Fatale/Sig already exists, so you only have to go to your preferences and type this in the "nickname" field:

(don't copy the "nowiki" tags in the source code of this talk page, though; just the curly brackets and the text within)

Also make sure the "Raw signatures" checkbox is ticked.

I also made for you a transparent version of your devil heart; you may want to use it instead of the .jpg so it looks good over coloured backgrounds:

No problem at all :) So, if you don't mind my meddling, here's some further suggestions:

• Add a link to your user page, it's customary for your sig to link to it.
• Use "&nbsp;" instead of spaces within the sig to prevent line breaks occurring in the middle of it.
• Specify a fallback font family for people who don't have "Estrangelo Edessa" installed in their computers (like me, sigh).
• Specify the font size as a percentage, rather than a pixel size; this will make it scale gracefully on pages that specify a "global" font size, like Ross' for instance.

So, you may want to try something like this:
