===Knapp PD===

There are a bunch of newbies that are stuck at St. Alexander's Hospital (northwest corner of Lockettside) that cannot get into any structures including police stations in this area. They're essentially locked out of playing the game. They need access to weapons - like they could find at the police department if they could get in, but the barricades at the police departments are all set too high.
 
Even the VSB rating that is supposed to be on the Suter PD is set to EHB, locking them out.
 
The proposed change is to change the Knapp PD barricades to VSB so that newbies without the free running skill can get in. I'd like to change this PD's barricade level because of its proximity to the hospital.
 
I understand you guys like to wait a week to make changes, however there are a BUNCH of newbies that are absolutely stuck (and have been for about a week) without access to weapons right now, so while you wait your week, we'll be tearing the barricades down until we get in to get some weapons.
 
We need weapons and access to resources.
 
Our other option is to simply sit there. Hopefully someone will expedite this change, rather than wait a full week. Hopefully, you guys will change the barricades. In the mean-time, we'll be tearing them down until we get in. --[[User:Ewan Devlin|Ewan Devlin]] 12:46, 15 November 2008 (UTC)

This is the Barricade Plan for the suburb of Ruddlebank.

This diagram shows what levels buildings should ideally be barricaded to in order to provide protection in the form of Extremely Heavily Barricaded buildings, whilst designating entry points in the form of Very Strongly Barricaded buildings. Please note this plan indicates the preferred levels of barricades, and not the current levels.
