Our Mission
Hello
I just wanna thank Zipo for reviving me.
Cheers. --Dunstan 21:18, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
:Not a problem Dunstan. 01:01, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

I'm beginning work on a mission statement for our organization - once I've got a little more time, I'm going to grab one of the existing group templates and modify it for our use, to make the page a little more attractive, since an inviting group page is our second best recruitment tool - the best, of course, being ourselves and our actions in the field. --DubStreet 12:15, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
The Great Suburb Group Massacre '10.
:Grand. I just shuffled some things a bit, make them more readable (well, imo anyway). I actually like the current page. It presents the group briefly (good intro, Dub), then cuts the nonsense and provides actual useful information for people surviving in the zone we're working in. I find that quite distinctive. Refreshing, in fact, very different from the more common, barely readable, self-referential, ego wanking you find out there.

:Go ahead with the template. I've got to say, to tell the truth, I quite like it as it is, with the default look - I'd just add a neat small logo. See it's light and quick, explicitly designed to load fast and be easily readable, you don't have to learn to use the bloody page just to find something there. But yeah, I'm sort of an ergonomics fundamentalist haha, I'm well aware people do care for colour. So beautify it by all means. --Sophie Ames 17:15, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
Thanks -- 23:01, 26 January 2010 (UTC)

You know, tactically, we're learning something here. I'd been going about things all wrong, trying to rally enough support to take back the whole suburb at once -that was the wrong way to go about it. What we needed was one significant public step towards re-establishing the suburb - in this case, Lumber Mall. Retaking that mall, and publicizing it over the local airwaves, was the critical action that began to rally survivor assistance. From that point, all we had to do was begin to retake, repair, and repower the most essential critical infrastructure elements and other survivors began returning to assist with the cause. I'd say this is a damned good tactical template for us to use, whichever Red Zone we hit next --DubStreet 08:47, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

:That sounds reasonable. I mean, I wouldn't really know, I'm a newbie hehe, but it does make sense. Though I don't think it'd be too easy for us alone to take a swarmed mall, even working together, and I do think what you did before Lumber made a difference. There's no way to know, but I have the feeling all the noise you made while you were searching for help actually woke people up, even if they didn't bother to answer. We really don't know who took Lumber back, even if you kicked the last zed and I built the last barricade - maybe doc knows since he learned the news first. But anyway, so, we go for one initial high profile success, make a lot of noise about it, then help people help themselves. Not the worst M.O. I can think of. --Sophie Ames 16:33, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Penny Heights
Yes we're still active-- 00:37, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
: Knew that, but I had to ask, thanks ZIPOOOOOO -- 19:05, 27 January 2010 (UTC)

Moving conversation here then. Current stock, repeating from my talk page: 5 syringes, 2 FAKs, 2 shells, 11 bullets. 30 AP. --Sophie Ames 05:14, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
Potential Operations in Whittenside
:I'm fairly similar, supply wise - 5 FAK's, 31 AP, 3 needles, 4 shells, 6 bullets, no reloads. With our ammo situation, if we don't have any other muscle backing us up, we should focus on combat revives, I think. We could each take down two zeds and have enough time to get to cover. Downside is, if they're all dedicated zombies, rather than opprotunistic or dual natured, we've just made four or five new GK/Spies. --DubStreet 06:00, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

(moved conversation here to own section, see Bad papercut below. --Sophie)
My group, in conjunction with two of our allied groups, is planning a strike on Whittenside sometime in the near future. We calculate that the Escape movement may provide the opportunity to set to work restoring the suburb. I am hoping to also enlist the aid of others to accomplish an organized strike aimed at revitalizing the area. Do you have any operatives in the area who would be interested in assisting? In the last month since the fort fell, Whittenside has become a hell-hole with perpetually ruined resource buildings, graffiti, and rampant PKing by the Heathers preventing any serious restoration of the burb. Zombie action has declined since that fall, though the PKers are still here and not likely to leave. Despite their influence, which is primarily aimed at my group, we can take back Whittenside with enough help. I do not mind remaining the target of this Heather violence but there is no reason that the suburb needs to be entirely lost because of it. For us, this is a mission of science and progress but for others it is an issue of pride. I am here posting this call to action publicly in the hopes of gathering as much aid as possible.  If we can garner enough support, it may even be possible to take back the fort providing survivors with a way to minimize the tactical advantage of the zombie hoard. There are but two forts in Malton making their maintenance vital to the survivor effort as a whole. If Escape succeeds, there will be a resulting shift in the zombie survivor dynamic, during which time we will need all of the advantage we can get if we are to weather the backlash.  If you are interested, please contact me on the D.S.R&D group page or in our forum so that we can plan the particulars.

::Fuck! We suddenly have much more immediate concerns - Dr. Chris is in Sully Bank, with a RRF spy "BRAINS BRAINS I WANT BRAINS" and Buffygirl, a PK. Worse, I think he's asleep. I've got to off them or he's toast. --DubStreet 06:12, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:::(moved Zip comment to own section, see Base of operations below --Sophie)
::Oh, hell - I just noticed they killed the gennie. It's now a dark building. My accuracy is going to be through the floor. --DubStreet 06:13, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:::Bloody hell! Get back when you're out of ammo, I'll try to finish them. Of course, I'll shoot even worse. 10% worse, or so I think. With you in a minute George --Sophie Ames 06:18, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
::Dub! ZIPO is back online. He's near Craddy, and confirms: it's EHB and lit. --Sophie Ames 06:20, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:::There's no point. With the accuracy stats in a dark building, I'll burn out all my ammo before either one is down to half health. Won't help Mycroft, but it will bring them to Odo after us. Either have to get a gennie for that building, or we have to get mycroft the hell out of there. Upside is that their accuracy is just as bad. With ZIPO's confirmation, maybe we should relocate to Craddy. We'll have better defenses there and more experienced people to work with - NT's are usually the hangout for higher level players, if they don't choose an inconspicuous non-resource building, like a factory.  --DubStreet 06:26, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
::::Sigh. We can't do anything else, right? Well. Let's go then. Might as well revive ZIPO while I'm there. --Sophie Ames 06:32, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
::::Hey, lets try messaging doc in his wiki. Maybe that'll wake him up. --Sophie Ames 06:36, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
::::He's still at 60 HP. That BRAINS character was online more recently than doc, didn't hurt him. Could it be just a coincidence they're there, and not explicitly targeting him? --Sophie Ames 07:05, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:::::It could be anything. I don't know if he has a reputation in wider circles that would make him a target. He was the one who announced the reopening of Lumber Mall, apart from that, who knows. Frankly, I'm kind of baffled by BRAINS. Who would revive somebody from the RRF? And what the hell would he be doing alive? With a name like that, it's not like he's much of a spy - if he came in my safehouse I'd be plugging him as soon as I woke up. I'm going to wait in Odo a while longer, I want to be next door in case they do make a move so I can at least try to help. --DubStreet 07:08, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

:Fine then. Staying with you, unless you want me to check on Tomkyns or Craddy or something else. You know, this isn't the first (allegedly) RRFer I've seen revived lately. Could be Gore Corps. I believe he's just another PKer, though - one of the many you saw in Lumber, just holed up where he can't be hunted easily, building up AP for his next raid on the mall. Doc's in EST I seem to remember - that's 2:30 AM right now I think. Slim chance of him waking up soon. --Sophie Ames 07:33, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
Yours in science,
::Yeah, I've been thinking about that. I'm genuinely concerned about seeing several PK's and at least one RRF member holing up in places, near survivor centers, where they'll be harder to attack. I'm going to hit Lumber and put out a general warning over the airwaves - there's a chance they're doing exactly what you said, just living close to their food source and sleeping, but it might also be preparation for a larger offensive. I'm going to try and get some ammunition, I'm damned low, and we may be in the need of some firepower soon. --DubStreet 08:15, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:::Alright, I just burned through 5 AP on the radio to put out a warning. This may make us targets in Odo, if any of them know we're here, but it's better than them catching people entirely unawares - and with enough people aware of their den, hopefully we can purge the bastards. --DubStreet 08:19, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
::::Good. I heard. Can't stay awake much longer, Dub. We need to choose a course of action. The Rothwell zeds are building up AP as we speak, they'll be trashing Tomkyns soon, if they aren't already. I could go looking for genny and fuel, so you and doc jab rotters -- though I have more needles, maybe I should be the one with 50 AP tomorrow. Or we both go to the mall, stock up on ammo for old fashioned headshots - though I don't think we can afford that, it'd be a full day until we're stocked and rested to put down 4 or 5. We can go revive people who may help, that's not immediate help though. And we've been holed up in this hospital way too long. And the PKers and zeds may be reading us right now, mind (hello zeds!). Sorry, out of ideas. Thinking hard though. --Sophie Ames 08:25, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:I know, Sophie. The only reason I didn't send us to Rothwell hours ago is that, plain and simple, we don't have the numbers to deal with the threat as reported. We can't take down the entire zombie presence there, and taking down even half and then APing out will end up doing two things - alerting them to our presence and putting a big target on our foreheads. We've managed to repair, rearm, and evict zeds from essential buildings so far without making ourselves primary targets. Sooner or later, probably sooner, we're going to lose that stealth, but when we blow it, I want it to be for a decisive blow. Frankly, there's nothing they can do to Rothwell that they haven't done already - it's certain they've 5x ransacked or will any moment, and the generator is already dead. I hate that they're wrecking our hard work, but I'm trying to think of objectives for us that maximize our utility while reducing our risk as much as possible. --DubStreet 08:34, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

::Yes. I know. Sigh. You know, my first impulse is clearing up that revive queue right now, so we have more hands to shoot them, eventually. But CRAPing them out from Rothwell would be much more efficient, and I want to have AP the moment Mycroft can help us. Maybe you should get ammo and I should rest. --Sophie Ames 08:49, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
-- 23:18, 25 May 2010 (BST)

::No, strike that. You know, the more I think, the more I become convinced we need to revive survivors. As many as we can. You're right, it is disheartening that they destroy what we've just done... but we're can't defend those buildings ourselves. The only long term solution is to get more people alive in the suburb. We pass the tipping point, the zed problem solves itself. We should be using each AP we get reviving. That's my stance. --Sophie Ames 09:01, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
: I'm sorry to say Dr Schwan that the DSS is currently on the other side of the city. <small>—The preceding unsigned comment was added by ZIPO (talk • contribs) at an <span class="stealthexternallink">[ unknown time]</span>.</small>

Oi! Doc Mycroft is in Odo! --Sophie Ames 09:05, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
: Oops completely missed this one, terribly sorry. Yup, what ZIPO said. And we didn't do much after that thing on the other side of the city, we're inactive as a group just now. — 10:25, 3 June 2010 (BST)

:Well Dub. I have to go real soon now. We can't very well ask Mycroft to read all this and ponder and debate with us. His plan is to CR those rotters out of Rothwell, I'm sure. And I LOVE that plan. But I think it'd be in our best interests to let them play for now and revive more helpful survivors for as long as we have needles. And while Craddy stays up, we don't have to worry about that. No one zed or PKer can kill faster than we can revive, at least while we're stocked... etc. etc. the CRAP thing. As I said, that's my stance. Not that I can't be convinced otherwise, of course, but I think it's better to start summarizing and dealing in concrete options. Oh, I mean, if you're not offline by now haha. I wouldn't mind one bit, really, I'm falling asleep! :D --Sophie Ames 09:32, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
Hiatus??
::Updates again (there are on the main page, too): The zeds knocked the barricades down in Tomkyns, but I blocked the doors with a pipe I found the factory; now at loosely barricaded. Two zeds outside the Rothwell building; five inside. Moneypenny either bought it or escaped. One zed at the Voules Museum; one zed and one slightly-injured survivor at the warehouse next door. I'm currently at Odo General with Doc Mycroft and Dub Street. -George Zip 20:52, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
Hey guys, Maverick here with the Order of the Black Rose and 404:Barhah Not Found. Firstly, thank you. We just had a new recruit who apparently one of your members pointed in our direction. For that, you have my thanks. However, on that note I also have a question: when I was talking to this new fellow he said that you guys were on a hiatus of some kind and thus he was referred to the OBR. What's up?

Just wanted to let you know in case you haven't already figured in out, the Rothwell zombies are a zerg group consisting of bzink, knizb, zupsar, raspuz, and buzzydoo (and possibly one other unidentified). They have been plaguing Rothwell daily since a few weeks before RRF hit town.--mvario 20:59, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
Really an open-ended question, but wondering what you're up to since I have noticed a number of the "Red Zone Relief"-type survivor groups disappearing of late (Hard Knock Life, for example). I'd rather not see that happen, but if you think it would help I am here to offer an arm of welcome into 404. Our groups already do essentially the same thing, so basically just consolidating manpower. Anyways, hopefully that kind of thing isn't necessary... but I'm putting the option out there all the same. Hope to hear from you soon. -- 09:33, 3 June 2010 (BST)

:I don't suppose there's anything we can do about that, aside from killing them all. -George Zip 21:02, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:Hey Mav. That was Zipo, who pointed the bloke to you, we ought to thank him for thinking of that :) As for the hiatus, yeah we're having one, not the first time it happens. I don't know if it'll be the final one. And what's up, well, I lost interest in pro-survivor play (funny, you and I actually have been sort of discussing my reasons elsewhere haha). So I'm bounty hunting with Kempy. So there's no active leader just now and, though I can't speak for the lads, I don't think they're interested enough either, like, to take the reins while I'm whacking people.

:Much, much appreciated, mvario. Thanks a lot, that was most useful. Lads, I'm currently sharing the Tomkyns building with BLAZ3, who looks not entirely unlike the aforementioned zergs. He's level 2, can't possibly kill me; he's at 42 HP, I may be able to take him out myself. Building is HB now. Please advise. --Sophie Ames 21:28, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:That said, this is actually a very good idea, I'll post in the forum asap, invite everyone who's still playing to consider applying for 404, either permanently or at least while DSS is inactive, up to them. Cheers! -- 10:01, 3 June 2010 (BST)
::My pleasure. I'm with M.U.M. as Homeless Dude and was stationed at Rothwell and dealing with him daily.  Currently I'm out of town with a team aiding an ally, though we still have a presence in Penny Heights and I hope to be returning soon to kill the zerg many more times.  It is quite possible he has added to his zerg force.  Initially he started with only bzink and kzinb and gradually added more as we would eject him from Rothwell each day (for some reason he is particularly fixated on Rothwell).  Then when RRF & GC hit town our efforts were distracted elsewhere. Best of luck! --mvario 23:02, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

Base of operations
Is your Radio frequency still in use?
Zip here again. I still think we should have an HQ. Hear me through on this: it's not supposed to be permanent, but it would be really good to have a base of operations that we could go to each night so we don't get killed. And when I say "we," I mean "me." <small>"Oh my God, they killed George!" "You bastards!"</small> Anyway, I have just oodles of ammo but I miss whenever I shoot. Still have five FAKs; I'm still in the factory. I don't have enough AP to do anything else until tomorrow. -George Zip 06:13, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

:I can only see disadvantages in having a building we call "home".
I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience or it seems relatively stupid when put into context of your group, but it is our interest to treat all groups on the same level when doing these purges. A reply within 2 weeks will be greatly appreciated. -- 12:21, 25 August 2010 (BST)
:Nah we don't still actively use the radio any more. Not a inconvenience or stupid either.-- 12:39, 25 August 2010 (BST)
::Thanks for that. -- 13:15, 25 August 2010 (BST)

:* We're easy to find for hostiles, unless we change homes rather often (which is, essentially, what I propose below).
Spicer Hills Extreme Makeover
:* We don't want to waste AP defending some non-descript building just because it's "home".
:* We can't really secure a building anyway. Zeds will break in if they really want to break in, PKers will just walk in.
:* We can't defend each other by being together. We can only watch each other die.

:I believe that last one is the most important issue. This game is about successfully attacking, then moving your pieces, as it were, so you are less likely to be successfully attacked while you sleep. There's no way to defend. So what I'm saying is, not only am I not too fond of the home thing - I think we should explicitly sleep in different non-descript buildings, whenever posssible, at undisclosed locations (I mean, to the public). I mean, try not be caught asleep together. Yeah, reeally not comfortable in that hospital, Dub.
I just came back from six month's holiday and to my dismay I see that Spicer's all tore up, and my group has been scattered. I know you guys aren't a mail order miracle, but do you think y'all can come down and lend me a hand? I'm trying to rebuild one building at a time, and I wager it's gone unnoticed, seeing as there's only 3 people here, including me, and about a dozen zeds in the suburb. Just need some infrastructure going so some semblance of civilization can return.

:I hate it because I love to hang out with you, lads, I really do - playing games, chatting quietly in the dark, all that. But this way we make it much hard for anyone to successfully attack us all.
Thanks for your time,

:Just my opinion. Hey, I've been wrong before, if I'm mistaken I'll be glad to be shown so. --Sophie Ames 17:14, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

I really loathe myself for insisting, I know you're awfully busy Dub, but we need a forum. I can set up a temporary forum if you want. Yeah, the ugly ones, annoying ads and all. Just while you get the real one going. I may be paranoid, but I'm really concerned, making ourselves remarkable in-game while our profiles link to the bloody place where we discuss plans and locations and all. And anyway, look at this page, we've been using it one day and it's already slightly messy. I'm actually expecting some wiki op to step in any time now, ask us to move the realtime chat elsewhere. --Sophie Ames 17:32, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
It seems confrontation is in order. Perhaps we should speak before things escalate even further, as it seems that our groups are both pro-survivor. Even if our... "themes" are very different. Email works best for me. TigerStripedDog@gmail.com. --Dhavid Grohl 00:30, 3 January 2011 (UTC)
:Yeah, fair enough. I was in the process of setting up a real forum on my own hosting space, but I'll just grab a free forum in the interim. --DubStreet 20:24, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:There, this will do in the interim - dssredzone.freeforums.org . Sign up, I'm going to put all actual group chat behind a password wall. --DubStreet 20:28, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
::Hahahaha, it figures. I finally get the forum fully configured, and freeforums is undergoing maintainance. I've already got the private forum up and running on my own webspace - I'll finish configuring it and then post the link here. It's going to have a private passworded forum for DSS official business, so you guys will need to email me via the wiki to get that password, because I'm not going to post it publicly. If you've got AIM, IRC, or Yahoo addresses you want to share, feel free to send them as well. --DubStreet 22:22, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:::Haha :D Ah well, you already have mine, send it. Mind, it does have advantages to discuss public matters in wiki - see mvario's report above. I'd say we should use the forum for tactics and coordination, and keep what can be discussed publicly here. --Sophie Ames 22:32, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

FINAL FORUM
:Soz for the delay man, was away for the holidays.
:...lolwut? Bugger, I wouldn't claim much pro-survivor-ness these days, tbh, what with us mostly inactive, and shooting people for the remaining part. But hey, it's just a label. I don't care much for labels. I don't negotiate either, so no need to speak don't worry. And I kinda like to escalate things anyway, as far as they'll go, and then some :")
:So my advice for you would be to do something about us. And do it quick, 'cause you're losing fast. xoxo :) -- 23:24, 4 January 2011 (UTC)

I've disabled our temporary freeforums forum, because I got our final forum up and running faster than expected. DSS's forum address is http://www.sanityassassins.net/dss , and that's where we'll be staying. You'll have to sign up again, for access. The password for the private area remains the same. George, ZIPO, Mycroft, email me through the wiki for private forum access. --DubStreet 23:36, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
:Wonderful. I'm in there already. We can also PM the password to them, if need be. --Sophie Ames 00:11, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

No, I don't.  For one she thinks we are losing.  Lady, until you have been around as long as we have you're the loser.  In fact, until you OUTLIVE us you're the loser.  In a game of revives and trolls, the only true winner is the one left standing at the end.  Considering Papa has been around since... oh I don't know... the beginning of the fuckin' game, I don't see you going the distance with him.  That said.  TZH seeks to avoid conflict through discourse.  We always have.  If you all want to start shit, as Sophie seems to, thats fine.  We aren't afraid of a rumble.  Especially with a bunch of trenchies.  You would only be the... I don't know 50th or so group to try and fail to dislodge TZH.  Sophie PKed a member of our team in cold blood, the action against her was in retaliation.  There was no provocation for your actions Sophie, you were just being a bitch.  So if you want to apologize and stop... this ends.  If not.  We will take it until you quit the game.  Just like every other douche eating pus guzzler to pull shit in the past 5 years.  Oh, and if you want to reply, email me like I said, or alternatively you can tell it to my nuts.  BALLS TO THE WHALLS!  --Dhavid Grohl 01:34, 5 January 2011 (UTC)

You brought this up as well, George. I carry two receivers, currently tuned to 26.18 MHz and 27.11 MHz. Since we aren't a regional group, I mean, tied to a particular suburb, we may be better off using the bands of the zone we're working in, and mobiles for private messaging. --Sophie Ames 17:42, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

:I currently carry four - two tuned to our regional area frequencies, same as Sophie, one tuned to 25.96, for the military helicopter updates, and one tuned to the former lumberjack frequency, just in the offhand chance they come back to life. (this conversation relocated from Penny Heights, above) Speaking of which, I just noticed the grafitti inside Odo: a bad paper cut = zed spy, PKer, and griefer. KOS. I'm almost sure I've seen "a bad paper cut" recently, maybe even inside Odo, listening to us rallying people and such. They may be reading this page, for all we know - both our profiles link to here now. Oh, and we still need gennie and fuel, if we're going to jab rotters. --Sophie Ames 06:06, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
::::Charming kid, huh?
:You might want to take the stuff referring to "a bad paper cut" with a grain of salt. We never quite figured it out but it seemed to be something between paper cut and someone called kodak7. If you look through the brainstock pk reporting forums you might make some sense of it. I can tell you that paper cut doesn't have a record while kodak7 does (though one report is from paper cut). I would be wary of both, but don't necessarily assume tags you read.--mvario 23:56, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

:Rory! Wow, thank you for asking, really. Of course we have room for you but... well, the thing is, there isn't much going on right now. I was very stressed and tired, so I asked for a vacation, I've been just roaming around Malton with a guy. And it seems everyone wanted a rest because the group went temporarily inactive. I was hoping to call for a regroup this month, but it may take a bit longer :( Maybe it'll be too late to get you by then, but man, I will beg you to join us when we activate again. Potential Operations in Whittenside

Yours in science,

--Albert Schwan Albert Schwan  23:18, 25 May 2010 (BST)

I'm sorry to say Dr Schwan that the DSS is currently on the other side of the city. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by ZIPO (talkcontribs) at an unknown time.
Oops completely missed this one, terribly sorry. Yup, what ZIPO said. And we didn't do much after that thing on the other side of the city, we're inactive as a group just now. —Sophie ◆◆◆ CAPD 10:25, 3 June 2010 (BST)

Hiatus??

Hey guys, Maverick here with the Order of the Black Rose and 404:Barhah Not Found. Firstly, thank you. We just had a new recruit who apparently one of your members pointed in our direction. For that, you have my thanks. However, on that note I also have a question: when I was talking to this new fellow he said that you guys were on a hiatus of some kind and thus he was referred to the OBR. What's up?

Really an open-ended question, but wondering what you're up to since I have noticed a number of the "Red Zone Relief"-type survivor groups disappearing of late (Hard Knock Life, for example). I'd rather not see that happen, but if you think it would help I am here to offer an arm of welcome into 404. Our groups already do essentially the same thing, so basically just consolidating manpower. Anyways, hopefully that kind of thing isn't necessary... but I'm putting the option out there all the same. Hope to hear from you soon. --Maverick Talk - OBR Praise Knowledge! 404 09:33, 3 June 2010 (BST)

Hey Mav.
That said, this is actually a very good idea, I'll post in the forum asap, invite everyone who's still playing to consider applying for 404, either permanently or at least while DSS is inactive, up to them. Cheers! --Sophie ◆◆◆ CAPD 10:01, 3 June 2010 (BST)

Is your Radio frequency still in use?

Stop hand.png 2010 Group Radio Activity Query
In order to maintain the wiki as an up to date source of information groups are occasionally removed from the Radio pages when they are no longer active.

Is this group still actively using the frequency specified on the Radio page as theirs? If so simply confirm here by writing something below. If not, it's frequency will be removed from Radio pages in 14 days.

I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience or it seems relatively stupid when put into context of your group, but it is our interest to treat all groups on the same level when doing these purges. A reply within 2 weeks will be greatly appreciated. -- LEMON #1 12:21, 25 August 2010 (BST)

Nah we don't still actively use the radio any more. Not a inconvenience or stupid either.--ZIPO/Talk/◆◆/CAPD 12:39, 25 August 2010 (BST)
Thanks for that. -- LEMON #1 13:15, 25 August 2010 (BST)

Spicer Hills Extreme Makeover

I just came back from six month's holiday and to my dismay I see that Spicer's all tore up, and my group has been scattered. I know you guys aren't a mail order miracle, but do you think y'all can come down and lend me a hand? I'm trying to rebuild one building at a time, and I wager it's gone unnoticed, seeing as there's only 3 people here, including me, and about a dozen zeds in the suburb. Just need some infrastructure going so some semblance of civilization can return.

Thanks for your time,

--Jon Aiken RSZ ! 06:33, 11 October 2010 (BST)

P.S. If you can contact me on my discussion page, or the group discussion page, that'd be good. Also, I use the number "898-4057" from your guys sat-phone service as the official group number, so you can contact me there, too.

Missive

It seems confrontation is in order. Perhaps we should speak before things escalate even further, as it seems that our groups are both pro-survivor. Even if our... "themes" are very different. Email works best for me. TigerStripedDog@gmail.com. --Dhavid Grohl 00:30, 3 January 2011 (UTC)

Soz for the delay man, was away for the holidays.
...lolwut? Bugger, I wouldn't claim much pro-survivor-ness these days, tbh, what with us mostly inactive, and shooting people for the remaining part. But hey, it's just a label. I don't care much for labels. I don't negotiate either, so no need to speak don't worry. And I kinda like to escalate things anyway, as far as they'll go, and then some :")
So my advice for you would be to do something about us. And do it quick, 'cause you're losing fast. xoxo :) --Sophie ◆◆◆ CAPD 23:24, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
