The current state of Dunell Hills is often in flux, and may always be -- with victories large and small for both sides, and the major local groups continuing to make Dunell Hills a constant and sometimes violent battleground. Most recently, a resurgence in the numbers of The Dead has resulted in the apparent collapse of the DHPD and the abandonment of the suburb to the rotted hands of The Dead, in which it has remained save for periodic attempts by doomed breath cultists to reclaim the heart of the DMZ

Barricade Plan
Like most suburbs, Dunnel Hills has a survivor-based barricade plan. However, it must be noted for the sake of neutrality, that The Dead has its own building code, which it seeks to enforce. Both survivor and The Dead barricade policies are listed below.
