Suggestion description
As the title says; all zombies will have the ability to Feed on a corpse, just as ones who have the Digestion skill currently can. If the corpse was "fresh" (meaning not reviving, and has not yet been fed on 10 times, as currently required to regain HP by feeding using digestion) the zombie would gain 1 XP. Zombies with Digestion would also gain up to 4 HP, as normal.

The purpose behind this suggestion is primarily to allow zombies who have few or no zombie skills a method of gaining XP that is not painfully slow and is in character. Currently the best method of gaining XP for low level zombies (in the likely absence of survivors) is to attack other zombies, which is very "out of genre". Eating fresh corpses, on the other hand, is something EVERY zombie loves, and should be allowed and encouraged to do!

  3. Keep/Change - The only drawback I can see is that corpses would be fed upon much more often and will be more quickly picked over. If corpses are a source of XP then suggestion should include a change to number of times it can be fed upon. ~Vsig.png 18:18, 5 November 2010 (UTC)

"You see the expertly made claw marks on the flesh and learn something about attacking humans."   15. Keep - Not a huge huge fan, but I do like it, and it's small enough that, while useful, it won't be anywhere close to overpowering. Low level feral zeds are the only ones that get a boost from this, since hordes feed their members via claws and bites often enough that their AP is better spent in that way, rather than using it with this. This ability would just be a nice way to ensure that some progression is taking place for those newbie feral zeds that need it. Aichon 20:02, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

    Currently it seems such players are at an unfair DISadvantage; a zombie who gets revived and has no survivor skills can earn XP as a survivor much faster than a survivor who gets killed and has no zombie skills will earn XP. Or is "dead survivor" not what yopu meant by "Zombified players"? I don't think any of the PLAYERS are actually zombies (although at some point pretty much every character is a zombie) so I'm a bit confused... SIM Core Map.png Swiers 23:58, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
