The Penguin Mafia

These guys were always a lot of fun and a notable group of the East Boundwood area, they had 40 members at their peak and were a really fun bunch of characters to have around. At least one member is still active and their old HQ the Stapleton arms and fuel depot Vimpany Auto repair are still maintained.
