Molebank is a leafy suburb of Malton, located in the west of the city. Prior to the outbreak, it was considered to be one of the more affluent suburbs with its open spaces, parks, museums, NecroTech research offices, and religious buildings. It was also the training ground for the firefighters of Malton. It had a high percentage of second and third generation Irish immigrants.

Of these, 4 were at the Hambidge facility, 9 were attacking The Eglen Building, 9 were at Burrell Way Police Department, 5 at Cotty Bank, and 6 were waiting at the cemetery revive point NE of the Hambidge facility. All other zombies scattered in groups of 3 or less, making the area subject to frequent break-ins. ~ extropymine Talk | NW | 4Corners 04:21, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

March 19th

NecroWatch reported in from the The Pankhurst Building today. A scan revealed 20 zombies in range of the facility. Of these, 5 were gathered at Burrell Way Police Department, while all others were single or in pairs, maintaining the ruined state of much of the suburb. They seem inactive, and do not pose a significant risk to survivor activities. ~ extropymine Talk | NW | 4Corners 16:09, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

Suburb lies in ruins. More than 90% of the buildings ruined. Hateley Arms seem to be the last building on power. RPs are crowded with rottters and unfunctional. --Alex Row 21:05, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Not much opposition nor help has been found while cleaning Mid-West Molebank. Barricading and powering up the area is going to take some time. --Doc Groucho 11:06, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

The South of Molebank lies in utter ruins, and it seems as though parts of it has been that way for sometime now.--SirArgo Talk 02:20, 5 February 2009 (UTC)

Significant Events and Group Presence

  1. The survivor group DHPD considers this suburb part of the six-suburb Dunell Military Zone, a multi-suburb patrol and defense zone.

  2. The Church of the Resurrection considers this suburb part of their current pilgrimage.
(The following is an excerpt from the written history of the Church of the Resurrection)
Operation: Christmas Feast Following long months of Pilgrimage, the Church arrived at its destination -- St. Jude's Cathedral and the surrounding area -- just in time for the Christmas holiday. As evidence of God's Love for the Church above all others, the Church of the Resurrection met no meaningful resistance as it preached its message of Love and Tolerance. No doubt those who had announced opposition to the Church either fled in terror of our Righteous Wrath, or chose to open their juicy little hearts, lungs, kidneys, and other internal organs to the Love of Sweet Zombie Jesus.
In addition to the Cathedral itself, the Church and its allies converted all unenlightened souls in the neighboring Necrotech building, and in the godless Communist factory that sends out brainwashing signals across the suburb.
*See The Siege of 'The Temple of Our Martyred Lady' for more information on the fight for the suburb.

Barricade Plan

No official barricade plan exists at this time. Groups residing in Molebank are encouraged to review and discuss the suburb barricade plan that is viewable here: Molebank/barricade_policy with a discussion on the talk page attached to that page. Note: If there are no further discussions, we will implement the plan on March 17. This is one month from the original posting of the plan for discussion.--Lois talk 10MFH 16:40, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
