June 2009

June 10thth

The Southeastern region of East Grayside is relatively uninhabited and is falling into disrepair as a result of a resurgent zombie presence in the area. The center portion of the northern half is under continued harassment by zombies and is impeding local efforts to resist the presence of the undead raids. A dramatic increase in heavy fighting is predicted within the coming days as zombies approach the densely populated areas along the Grayside border. Adherence to the Barricade plan is strongly encouraged. --Captain Rickety 20:10, 10 June 2009 (BST)

June 9

There are groups of zeds around every major building in the north. No idea what is going on everywhere else. The Umbrella Corporation is here now and helping clear out the area. We can only hope they can help. I mean it's not like any other group is doing anything. If you are, then speak up. GO UMBRELLA!!!

Nice NPOV... It'd be nice if you signed your updates too. --Godzman--

February 23rd

NecroWatch reported in from the Angerstein Building today. A recent scan had revealed that there were 5 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of these numbers, all the zombies were within 2 blocks of the facility and were scattered around the area. These zombies appeared to pose no significant threat to any specific locations. --Mobius 13:26, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

December 29th

FURIG has merged with the Blue Aegis Group. Their final radio broadcast will take place january 1st. East Grayside is realtiely safe, woth minor break ins happening sporadically, and pker action being the main cause of death among the survivor population. --Captain Rickety 03:42, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

Northeast corner of suburb has been ruined. Tactical Resource Points ruined and corresponding zombie numbers are the following: 2 zombies stand outside of the Witchell Street Police Department with a horde of 20 more inside. 3 zombies stand outside Adalbert hospital with an additional two inside.--Salamanca 23:22, 7 October 2008 (GMT)

October 3rd

At least 8 zombies seen on the streets. 14 of the 16 Tactical Resource Points are powered. 1 of 4 PDs is not powered. Adalbert General Hospital (East Grayside), on the northern border with Wray Heights, is the only ruined building in the suburb, and believed to be a hangover from the MOB assault on Wray Heights, which has now moved on to Gulsonside. All in all, it's safe. --Funt Solo QT Scotland flag.JPG 17:26, 3 October 2008 (BST)

September 2008

September 16th

The south area looks pretty safe, some small breakins at Sixtus General Hospital, but nothing too serious.

Since some idiots don't seem to get it, here it is again: The Wicken Monument is a revive point! Not a shooting gallery. Seriously, WTF is wrong with you people? There's a group of eleven zeds three fields to the west and you go kill zeds waiting for a revive at a designated REVIVE POINT. This agression will not stand. If you get killed while waiting for a revive, take a screenshot and copy the link for his profile and post it at our talkpage or on our board and we will take care of the rest. SNAKEHOUND - Because WE care. --ScouterTX 22:47, 16 September 2008 (BST)

September 2nd

The Militant Order of Barhah has ruined most of the suburb. All TRP's have fallen. The few remaining buildings that are not ruined appear to have been abandoned. East Grayside is now a zombie suburb, at least until the MOB moves on in search of more food. -- Grogh 04:26, 2 September 2008 (BST)

August 2008

August 27th The MOB has been sighted in East Grayside, and the number of buildings ruined, occupied, or otherwise under threat of break ins is on a dramatic rise. The Angerstein NT has power, and is at ehb, but has 11 zeds outside. The Southern Half of the Suburb is recieving a disproportionate amount of attention form the undead as they move through what appears to a classic divide and conquer strategy (Unsigned post, 18:24, 27 August 2008, by User:Captain Rickety) --WanYao 11:36, 29 August 2008 (BST)

August 19th The Northern half of grayside is secure, and the south is 60% contained, with minor damages remaining to be repaired. Many of the zombies seem to have migrated elsewhere such as pole mall and the immediate area. (Unsigned post by User:Captain Rickety) --WanYao 11:39, 29 August 2008 (BST)

August 16th Fighting continues in the south, while Survivors have reclaimed buildings in the central area of the suburb; the south remains hotly contested. FURIG forces have managed to retake Roman Boulevard PD after short but intense assault action.

August 15th Grayside has severly weakened under a fresh zombie offensive, zombie break-ins occur regularly throughout the day. East Grayside is in very bad shape The southern half of Grayside is in the air as zombies push forward into Grayside's center - which contain 75% of the suburb's ammo supplies. The Anderson Building powered and holding for now, but it's fate is disputable as the suburb's survivor's work to slow the Horde's advance with little to show so far. Parts of the Suburb, mainly in the west, North and East are holding for now, but the south and central regions are anything but safe..

May 12 2008 All is calm at East Grayside's S.W. corner as the highly dangerous Ridleybank Resistance Front has moved on. Still several zeds nearby at the surrounding buildings. All of the S.W. buildings have been ruined and are under zombie control. Screw this crap, I am going to find a revive point and find a new HQ. I'll update this as soon as I can.--Chris Alloy--5:06 PM E/T.

May 3rd The RRF has taken control of the entire South Western part of East Grayside as Sixtus General Hospital falls. "It is now considered suicide to enter the S.W. part of E.G. without an army armed to the bone with weapons and at least over 500 Nechros to search even one block. Been around the sub urb and noticed that almost all buildings are heavily, or EH barricaded. People need to bring the barricades down so that some people can get in. To get a safe house, I had to freerun in from a neighbouring sub urb. Suggest at least one building near every resource building go down to VSB. Zaiphyr 11:54, April 18th GMT

April 7th Nearly all buildings EHB in a safe neighborhood. Newbie hell.

April 5th Much safer. Zeds are still active, but much less in numbers. Nearly all resource buildings are barricaded and occupied, Sixtus, Angerstein, Cousin, St. Odile's and St. Hilda's are powered. Danger level is orange but should really be yellow --- Jonny Happening 04:13, 5 April 2008 (GMT)

February 2008

February 26th Looks like zombies are trickling down from Wray Heights, can only see the NE area, lots of break-ins near St. Odile's, could get worse over time.

February 22nd The barricade plan is being compromised by survivors. Many buildings that are supposed to be VSB are now Heavily to EHB. These include many buildings in the south. This leads to a large dead zone for survivors looking for safety. Please help maintain the barricade policy and revert those in violation. --Dov Ecluts 01:16, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

December 24th The border between East Grayside and Hollomstown is completely green. Crow's nested from a few buildings in the area in search of zombies, came up with nothing. Not a zed in sight around resource buildings Angerstein Building, Sixtus General Hospital, Boode Place Fire Station, or Waterlow Street Police Department. December 6th Members of Drama Club performed "Army of Darkness" at the Angerstein Building by special request of Codename GT of the Channel 4 News Team. Sadly, the troupe arrived after the building fell to the zombie horde, so we're not sure if the original requester saw the show or not. The troupe performed for the 10 zombies present at the time. Interested parties can book show through the Drama Club Booking page.

December 4th Do I sense some sarcasm here? ^^ Anyways, they have broken into Angerstein and have killed a lot of people from our side. There are now like 50 of us inside, and I don't even want to know how many zombies. I have requested for aid, and they are currently on their way to help us: Detulux Inc. Grayside Demons and others have not yet responded. Angerstein is most likely going to fallMorthrong 19:12, 4 December 2007 (GMT)

Angerstein is ruined with 100 of the rotting dead outside and who knows how many inside. This report is posthumous. East Grayside looks to be ready for a fall.--Rico Montoya 23:24, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

December 3rd 140 zombies outside Angerstein, 80 survivors inside. Attacks on the cades: every 15 minutes or so. I am currently getting the cades up every time again, healing, and I am calling for aid on nearby groups. Medical Rescuer. Morthrong 15:58, 3 December 2007 (GMT)

December 3rd Unconfirmed rumours that the Channel 4 News Team is passing out watered down gin (and some say it's not even gin at all...) at the Angerstien NT notwithstanding, survivor resistance inside is stiff. Unlike the gin and tonics... but, ahem, as I was saying... Survivor resistance is determined, in spite of regular break-ins by a horde currently of in excess 125 standing zombies. Tonight's AA meeting at Ellard Walk School had to be cancelled, however, not so much because the building -- like many others surrounding the Angerstein -- has been ruined, but because of constant interuptions by an apparently intoxicated Ron Burgundy demanding to know where the Ms. Pac Man machine is... --WanYao 05:43, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

December 3rd Over a hundred brave souls now defend the Angerstein. How funny it would be if the horde couldn't take an NT. But on a more serious note if someone wouldn't mind getting us a gennie and fuel we'd appreciate it. Oh and some hard liquor. Ron's at his best when it's not watered down.--Rico Montoya 00:59, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

December 2nd Waterflow St PD is down alright, as well as all buildings surrounding Wicklen Monument revive point; still, zombies are now concentrated on Angerstein and there is a chance that few survivors who have toolboxes could perform a 'repair hit & run', making Sixtus General Hospital operational again and available for barricading. That way, we might get FAKs to go with our syringes. Milberto 19:05, 2 December 2007 (GMT)

December 1st Do not forget Nightwatch, S.T.A.R.S, the West Grayside Watch and other defenders are doing anything they can to hold this suburb, too. I am currently reporting from Sixtus General Hospital laying under siege by the zombies. There is no time to heal, only to fight and put the barricades higher. Any help from other buidings being defended is highly needed and appreciated. Please let us get rid of the five zombies inside and those outside the hospital; it is not a lost cause yet, what everyone thinks it is, since everyone is moving away, to a safer place. --Morthrong 18:53, 1 December 2007 (GMT)

Indeed, a number of buildings in the southern part of East Grayside stand as beacons of hope and survivor strength against the oncoming hordes, as the battle intensifies on all fronts. The view from my position shows one ransacked building and numerous powered buildings. Clearly there are more defenders than rumors of evacuation suggested there would be.--Codename GT 21:39, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

S.T.A.R.S. has tagged much of the suburb with a message ordering evacuation. There are now 8 zombies inside Sixtus General, and 9 of the 10 survivors are infected. --Jac Z 00:10, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

November 30th East Grayside next Big Bash target. Those who want to leave may still have a chance.--Rico Montoya 02:42, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Update: Sixtus General is beginning to feel some of the pressure. The ferals are going to have a field day. On the other side of the coin, any survivors brave enough to stick around will be welcomed into the ranks of the Channel 4 News Team, as well as the Malton Rangers and the Aardwolf Rangers. Redwave 03:55, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

November 29erd: Cult Weddings? Zombie Weinerdog snipers pinning us down? A working microbus capable of flight? Nope. Nothin doin in the suburb yet, we're just playing chess and counting the hours till the Big Bash comes along. Redwave 02:21, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

November 25th Since the Big Bash will cause major problems for East Grayside, there are groups evacuating the suburb, so the low-level survivors will be high and dry in safer suburbs. In the mean time, lone survivors and groups are waiting for the first hordes of zombies to stumble through East Grayside. Good hunting and stay safe! Medical Rescuer. --Morthrong 18:48, 25 November 2007 (GMT)

I believe this refers to the joint evacuation of the Graysides by STARS and the West Grayside Watch -- an evacuation which both groups have been encouraging other survivors to emulate. Both groups, however, are still conducting "support and rescue" operations into the zombie-beseiged areas. Meanwhile, the Second Big Bash is officially targetting Wyke Hills and Buckley Mall at this time -- although splinter groups can be found throughout the region. --WanYao 18:24, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

6 October 2007 I second that, Milberto. A few buildings in the east lay in ruins now already, danger comes mostly from Scarletwood, Wray Heights.. Source of all evil seems now to be in the southeast. 20 September 2007 Binning Way PD, Limiton Auto and the Wensleydale Building have formed a little collection of EHB buildings, with an entry point at the Tobit Grove rail station. East Grayside seems peaceful. -- User:Harquebus 15;02, 20 September 2007 EST

16 September 2007 External Military Report: "... crossing East Grayside now, can see maybe a dozen down there ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... infrastructure looks intact ... power's on at the Angerstein Building ..." -- TheQ 18:32, 16 September 2007 (BST)

5 September 2007 Much of the NE corner are ruined, groups of 3-5 zombies inside and outside many buildings. --User:WolfBane2 20:43, 6 September 2007 (BST)

3 September 2007 East Grayside is at worst yellow. There are almost no zombies, there are little to no ruined buildings, updating danger level.--Karekmaps?! 05:39, 3 September 2007 (BST)

August 2007

25 August 2007 All for PDs are down and ruined, as well as some select other buildings, however many of the less used buildings remain barricaded. --Rogue 20:21, 25 August 2007 (BST)

23 August 2007 Spoke too soon. Apparently LUE is trying to come through this area. Binning Way Police Department is changing hands daily, and is currently under moderate attack (around 10 zeds, inside and out). Witchell St. presumed down, but remaining PDs are strong. evilbob 17:16, 23 August 2007 (BST)

21 August 2007 Witchell Street Police Department is down and there are a few zombies hanging around it, ruining buildings. All other police stations are at EHB. The majority of the suburb is very calm and well-lit. Should probably be moved to "green." evilbob 15:01, 21 August 2007 (BST)

17 August 2007 I heard by word of mouth that East Grayside is falling, I'm going to check it out now. --Pvt. Jenkins 13:41, 17 August 2007 (BST)

Small groups of zombies roam the streets, with a few groups of 10 or more, zombie activity is increasing exponentially.-Dane of the wolf

10 August 2007 Dangit! Zeds fill the streets theres at least 3 surrounding each building. The worst part is ALL buildings are over-barricaded. I suggest moving the danger level up 1.---Sockem 23:50 EST

The Ridleybank Resistance Front is making living in East Grayside more difficult.--Karekmaps?! 19:19, 11 August 2007 (BST)

07 August 2007 We zombies are moving in sevral buildings ransacked, the factory north of Yule Boulevard has been taken down, i dont know how far our fellow zombies are but most buildings are surronded now. Os death

Edit: Not true, but St. Hilda's Hospital in the NE does have 2 zeds in it and needs to be cleared out.

02 August 2007 Binning Way Police Dept[65,85] is barricaded with Zombies and Survivors inside.--Mstad 05:27, 3 August 2007 (BST)

30 July 2007 Tutchen's back in survivor hands and up to VSD. Some bodies and a few groups of 2-4 zombies are still scattered around the SE corner of the suburb.

29 July 2007 As of 8:00 Eastern Time, there's 3 zombies inside Tutchen, 1 outside, and 9 dead bodies. I don't think any of them are awake right now. The place is ransacked. If any groups nearby could come over and clear Tutchen out, it'd be appreciated.

29 July 2007 The Tutchen Walk Police Dept. Is in zombie hands as of today. Zappy91

5 April 2007 A number of revive points are listed in this area. Are any of them active at this point? I only ask because at the last three I've tried, survivors have shot at me. At Rather Grove -- which is has graffiti marking it a revive point, though it's not listed as such -- I've been killed multiple times, once with a headshot (thanks for that, 1337 Guard).

21 March 2007 There's a mob of 28 zeds in the Witchell Street PD. Not sure how many are friendlies that stood up and how many are the malicious flesh eating bastards that are causing all the trouble. I kind of like the NE corner of East Grayside and it'd be nice if there was some help driving back the zed menace.

19 March 2007 Where the heck is the revive point if any? I'm at the Angerstein building by Pearl street looking for a revive...how are we revived if people are advised to stay away?...

Try West Grayside, and look out for the Grayside Demons Rev Point - Extremely busy right now, but its also extremely active! --Kiablade 23:56, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

18 March 2007 The Angerstein Building remains a site of excessive undead activity at present. I sighted 30+ ghouls outside or adjacent to the building during my daily patrol. Extreme caution advised to all survivors. Tarkenton 17:05 GMT

16 March 2007 About 10 zombies stand outside The Angerstein Building. tw_yeung 05:18, 16 Mar 2007 (GMT)

15 March 2007 Seven zombies in Sixtus General Hospital. We might need some help.Monkeysuncle 22:07, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

15 March 2007 Zombies killed at Leonard Street revive point. There are many zombies actively attacking buildings a short distance away if people don't want to waste their AP on killing ones looking for revivals. - Moggsy

14th March 2007 Three zombies killed at Wicklen monument here is what is on my screen copied and pasted officer V killed a zombie. (11 minutes ago) ...and another. ...and another. (10 minutes ago) Michael Ferryman injected a zombie with a syringe and it slumped to the floor. (9 minutes ago) officer V said "fight off as much as you can!" (9 minutes ago) officer V said "you can revive, ok never mind" (8 minutes ago It seems the perpetrator (officer V) knew this was a revive point yet still killed the zombies. - Amras Calmacil

13 March 2007 Multiple zombies spotted. Over barricading seems rampant.

8 March 2007 3 standing zombies spotted outside of the warehouse at (68,82). Rumor of Feral Undead in area.

6 March 2007 East Grayside is nearly the same as the suburb with the same name except for the direction. Needs more power, though. Instead of a barricade plan, y'all need a power plan, bad.

25 February 2007 Rodman police department has been taken back from the zombies, and is currently at EHB with 2 survivors inside. I'm not sure about Binning Way PD though.

15 February 2007 The Zerg has been identified as one of the groups assaulting EG. It has not been found out if the iamnota_____'s (check the S.T.A.R.S page for more info) are in anyway connected with them.--Meinstorm 20:08, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

14 February 2007 Zombies and Survivors wrestle for control of Rodman and Binning Way PD.

13 February 2007 Rodman PD is smashed and ransacked, along with a couple of adjacent buildings.

8 February 2007 Binning Way and Rodman PD has been secured.

1 February 2007 Everything continues to go smoothly in East Grayside, besides break ins to PD's, everything seems to be under control.

13th January 2007 Late Happy New Year you East Grayside'ers! (whooooooooooooooooo!) Anyway, things have calmed down between the Grayside Demons and Special_Tactics_And_Rescue_Squad, now only the diplomatic he said she said remains. Which is good news! Now the STARS and other EG groups can resort their minds to keeping EG safe, like it should be!

2006

31th December 2006 New information has arisen about the conflict between theSpecial Tactics and Rescue Squad and the Grayside Demons (Also can we get some signatures on these post I really do not want to have to go through the edit history and add them for you lazy people or those who do not want to be known) --Jinjinkas 22:46, 31 December 2006 (UTC)

28th December 2006 Open Warfare has been declared between the Special Tactics and Rescue Squad and the Grayside Demons anyone not affiliated with the war was asked to not interfere (by STARS), the problem is expected to be resolved quickly, STARS allies and ironically some enemies have joined the Alliance of members ready to strike when needed.

27th December 2006 The small newly formed group Grayside Demons has declared war on the Special Tactics and Rescue Squad due to problems over repeated spraypainting of the 'Demons' graffiti, while war is not guaranteed, it seems likely. Chris Hollis was recently PKed by the Demons during a routine diplomatic visit. The STARS are currently fuming over the killing of their leader. Hollis however, has given the Demons one last chance to lay down arms. More Updates Soon.

9th December 2006 SW East Grayside and surrounding area is bereft of zombie activity; many survivors (mostly new) are resting at street level. Barricading in the area is still fairly high considering the level of activity, and means are being taken to pull barricades down from unnecessary levels.

08 Dec, 06 Zombie activity is null in EG. All of EG is under control.

29 Nov, 06 The NE corner of Grayside has fallen under human control. There are few if any zombies and we have heavily fortified the Showers Building NT, Adalbert Hospital, Witchell Street Police station, and have entrance points in warehouses and junkyards ajoining us. We are ready for anything that comes our way.

28 Nov, 06 The STARS have come back to EG to protect their city! After their long trip to Blackmore and other areas, they are finally coming home.

24 Nov, 06 Sometime during the night The Rotting Revolution laid waste to the Binning Way Police Dept. They are believed to be near by.

22 Nov, 06 A group of zombies called the Rotting Revolution was started in the NW part of East Grayside. The Rotting Revolution is seeking recruitment and is interested in working with other groups in operations, to take East Grayside for the zeds. The Rotting Revolution

04 Nov, 06 A small group has begun itself in the area, known as the Apple of Eden, and is branching out to other groups in the area for joint operations.

12 Oct, 06 The Angerstien Building (NT) keeps changing hands. There's a hord of 35 dead bodies outside last I was there (10 Oct). If the IP God ever lets me through again, I will have more information. *-Driaquer UPDATE, Oct 13: There are nothing but bodies in a 2 block radius of the Waterlow (The PD just to the south). The only zeddies left standing are waiting for a revive. Good work, people!

12 Sept, 06 A large zombie horde is congregating in the northwest areas of the suburb as well as spilling over into Wray Heights and possibly West Grayside. Buildings in the area continue to frequently change hands between survivors and zeds as of the last week or so. The neighborhood danger level has been upgraded as a result of the increased activity.

3 Sept, 06Southern Alliance is returning after the Big Bash invaded Scarletwood and remenants of the horde poured into East Grayside destroying it.--Virus002 19:27, 2 September 2006 (BST)

1 Sept, 2006 CRES and Blesley Resistance forces are headed through East Grayside toward Gulsonside. We are currently rallying at Eprem Hospital (58, 93), and have recon'd up to Wicklen Monument revive point (60,89). We urge those at Wicklen to head SW towards Buckley Mall for quick revives, and for them to join us at Ephrem for our next hop back home. We could also use some recon, and we'll need a safe place to organize in your 'burb. Colonel al
