Regarding the Dulston wiki page

No new policies... Just implementing some very old, very well-established ones, i.e. to keep the community wiki pages neutral. I'm sorry, but the Dulston Suburb page was basically one big Dulston Alliance propaganda page. This is being fixed. As it happens, no one has apparently gone in edited the Dulston Suburb wiki before now... This happens a lot, and suburb pages will get fixed when someone who notices and has the motivation to do so goes and does it. Now, you will notice that I am not deleting ANY information -- only moving it to a more appropriate location. In doing so, I am following a very standardised set of conventions that are widely used on Suburb pages. These conventions are flexible, but one thing about them is pretty consistent: non-NPOV stuff does not belong in NPOV sections which are meant for the entire community. I do it on an ad hoc basis... When I happen to see a suburb that needs work, and I have the time and energy, I work on it. I happen to be operating in Dulston at the moment, and poked around the wiki page.... And saw it needed fixing up. So... I went to work. And, nope, I do not plan on doing EVERY fucking Suburb page... That's not one man's job... As I said, I do them on an ad hoc, as-I-come-across-them basis... And I have done other suburbs, though as I explained, I'm not responsible for doing them all... The wiki is a community after all... Suggestions page and the like

Sorry to sound like a pissy trencher or something. I don't want to stretch this out longer, but I want to be understood. I honestly didn't think i was responding to criticism defensively, I was honestly trying to get people specific opinions. Swiers was pointing out tactical reasons why it wouldn't work. I didn't know those tactics, so I questioned it. This is an idea I thought about, not for days, but for long enough that i knew i wasn't finding what was wrong with it, so i put it on the discussion page. I didn't suggest it, i'm not going to suggest it. I get that it doesn't work now that i get other perspectives, but I didn't think the things that are flawed with it would come into play, because my way of play hasn't had me deal with a situation where this change would cause a problem. I don't think i reacted in some crazy way to peoples criticisms, i just got pissed at the people using rationality that made no sense. I still disagree with you that my idea is bad - perhaps my implementation is poor and needs revising, since there are glaring errors in AP/XP retribution or maybe they were things that I thought would happen, but I left them in my head - rather than on the page, as I thought they would be ass-u-me-d. Curious about your abitration case.

I'd understand if you declined to answer. But I'm just curious about your case. I noticed that the barricade plan seemed to have stabilized in a zombie plan, official plan, and locked down plan even before the protection. So my question is, is that unacceptable? If so, what makes it so? It's obviously tongue in cheek, but the last version seems "neutral" enough. Again, this is just for my own personal edification/curiosity. The current version says something about the DHPD plan being of "historical interest" only... This is a backhanded attempt by the Dead to slight the DHPD and to propagandise themselves and is thus not NPOV. Meanwhile, there was nothing wrong with my previous edit which was something I literally swiped right off the Ridleybank wiki and changed the names involved. I made every effort to create a neutral page. Which Capt Schwartz edit-warred quite blatantly with me over. All said and done, Capt Schwartz appears to have made only a token gesture towards pseudo-NPOV and in reality just wants to take passive-aggressive shots at his group's declared enemy in Dunnel Hills. And, if you read the full history, you'll see Capt. Schwartz' blatantly offensive edits to the page... which he removed... but which IMO further demonstrate that his intent is passive aggressively disruptive, not constructive. Good thing to reflect upon

Wan, I know we haven't frequently seen eye to eye, and I usually come off as trying to intentionally be contrary, but what you said on Nubis' page does make sense. Axe has told me the same thing - that I should just stop letting them get to me and stop responding to what they say. I know I let them -easily- goad me into arguments and I really should just ignore them - it tends to be hard for me to do so though when they persist, because I don't like it to look like I'm backing down. I'm going to try to ignore it when they taunt me more often though.

Okay, got that off my chest. Thank you for being the voice of reason there. I'm really srry

I wasn't trying to purposly kill ya alt in st. alex the other day. All i wanted to do was hit ya with a newspaper and tell ya to behave. My comp seemed to have stalled and stopped the menu. Reason why i dumped you was if ya rose ya'd have prob gotten killed again. Stand him up and i'll revive him and let ya kill me in return. to the fine zambahs of the MOB.. Omnus is one of our more...colourful members. We've tried every treatment imaginable with that one. Car Battery Shock Treatment, the Tube and Funnel of pilly fun, sock puppet shows, jingle keys, tying him up in the basement and leaving him in solid darkness for a few days on end.. and nothing seems to work. And there is a big difference between using a humourous fruit allegory in a sexually suggestive manner versus explicitly describing sexual functions and content. As president of Umbrella it is not my job to make up lies or spread propaganda for the soul purpose of the corporations gain, because we have a whole cell responsible for that. In Ridleybank we had an operation, now we have had operatives down there for quite some time from one of our platoons and the U.B.C.S. For you and others to completely disregard our presence as merely trying to steal the spotlight is a complete fallacy. Just because we put our name and not the other survivor groups listed in people names does not make us crooks, I am sure you don't go around the suburb clicking every single persons name just to find out what group they are in and then click their forums to see how long they have been there. So you can blame me for not giving credit where credits due but I am not going to try and research for something like this. We had an operation and completed it, I didn't go out and say, "Only thanks to Umbrella this suburb is now safe." or something cloche like that, so stop attacking me like I did. Please edit your rudeness as this is obviously a misunderstanding. Is there a reason you removed that template I placed on the page warning users that people would troll them on there? Is there an even better reason for your snarky comment in the summary line? I'm just curious why you decided that didn't belong there and was vandalism.
