Suggestion description

Given the big boosts given to zombies recently and their ability to force survivors to run, a skill like this would be helpful. Give 10% of the difference between the base search chance and 35% as a bonus to searches. ex: If a survivor has a 5% chance of finding a first aid kit, then this skill would give +3% search rate. If a survivor has a 35% chance of finding something, such as in a powered mall then this skill does nothing. If you don't like failing an action 80% of the time like trying to protect yourself from zombie invasions then failing 4x as often as that is even less fun. A second level of scrounger, called master scrounger would give 15% of the difference. If you are trying to find a FAK in a ruined hospital, you would have maybe a 50-50 chance of not dying from an infection instead of a 5% chance and manage to struggle on with maybe 15 hp to another refuge.
