Suggestion description
well, an army has to have something better than a pistol, but no one wants to bring in an assualt rifle. to overpowered. we also no that maltons guns aren't up to time. so, there army is out of date, and would probally use something like a 4 shot carbine. the weapon im thinking of is somewhat like this

damage: 6 per round

clip: 4 rounds

(army skills) starting accuracy: 5%, 20% of causeing 1 hp damage to user (untrained shooting letting butt fly into there face, ow.)

basic training: 15%, reduces injury to 5%

rifle training: 40%, no more injury.

marksman (zombie hunting skill): 60%, adds 2 damage 40% of the time

weapon: armorys only

ammo: armorys only

10% encumburance, ammo at 2 % encumberance.

with this idea (tweaked of course) a experienced player could stand a better chance against zombies, where as a new player would not be capable of using it effectivly. hopefully, this weapon won't knock balance off to badly, and should give zombie hunters some extra bam for all the work they did to get there.
