It looks like you wrote the code for your sig on your user page. Go ahead and move it to User:Rogue Sergeant/sig. 2nd you don't want any code on the page except for the one needed for your sig. (there are ways with nowiki code but you can play with it later). the code that goes in the nickname box is {{SUBST:Nosubst|User:YourName/Sig}}. Let me know if you are still having trouble. - Your template sig showed up fine in my talk page.. Next suggestion is to make sure that the spacing and capitalization is the same on all pages..
