Bloody Clothes Layering

Timestamp: Slicer 03:34, 19 April 2009 (BST)
Type: Flavor improvement
Scope: All players
Description: Outer layers of clothing should be either "torn" or "blood-soaked" before the layer below it can get blood on it. For clothing made of plastic/vinyl (raincoats), the raincoat must be at least "torn" before blood can get through it.

Similarly, an outer layer of clothes must be at a greater damage level ("ripped", "torn", "tattered", etc) than the layers below it.
