I bet it's an extension I installed in Chrome the other day. It looks like all of the mangled parts were areas that included numbers of some sort, and the extension may have tried to replace them as part of what it does. Thanks for catching that. Over the last year or so, it's been ruined for most of the time, often with only a token feral presence inside, and with infrequent attempts from survivors to retake it. At the time, survivors were retaking corners, repairing and 'cading them, but not willing/able to take the whole mall. So there were often EHB, yet ruined sections of the mall, which made it ripe pickings for death cultists to pinata with minimal effort, thanks to the "help" of the half-hearted survivor efforts. I don't know who it was that actually did the deed, but I did see the results, with 3 corners at EHB and one at heavily, and all ruined, meaning that survivors had to break down the 'cades to get in. It lasted only an hour or so.
