Zangz or "thank you" as the living like to say

We appreciate your congratulations on the occasion of our 2 Years Anniversary very much. In my opinion it has bin a time since we could hope to eat such classy brains as yours - so stay cheesy?, or poof?... or both?! --Experiment211 19:25, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

Cleaning up the Page

I'm cleaning up the page so it's not so long. If you want to read what was on here before now, click on the history tab above and choose February 23, 2007 at about 2:05 am.

I also cleaned up the front page of Ruddlebank to make it more of a neutral point of view. We had all started using it as a chat room. Oops! --Rendale 15:27, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Registered on MHG

Hey folks, I just wanted to let you know that I registered our hospital with Malton Hospitals Group. They run a list of all the hospitals in Malton and show whether or not they are actively maintained. We keep our autonomy; it's just a convenient list of who is maintaining what hospitals. I also added a banner on our article page and the article page for the hospital. --Rendale 04:05, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Yay! --Target Zombie 20:38, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

I added us to the main Groups page. I think we were only listed on the Human Groups page. Oh, and I found the group box template and started filling it out on our front page. As I said before, we just need to have our image in a .png format so that we can upload it to the wiki. --Rendale 15:45, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

Well, I added the wall. I think this needs some work, but is a good start. Don't know how much time I'll have to mess with it anymore today, since I'm at work - but I can probably come up with a better version by Monday. If anyone else wants to take a shot at it, feel free. Here's what we've got so far. - Elbert Gray

Broadway Zombies

Broadway Zombies will be coming to Club Rodham on March 20-something at our request. I'll have to see if the date moves, but that's the plan. I think they're going to perform Wicked. The date is far enough out we should have our zerger issues resolved. And if the mall tour comes through well hey - we can enjoy the show dead or alive. We'll have to spray some graffiti supporting the show, but I've got 8 cans of spraypaint ready to go. - Elbert 15:38, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

You are completely awesome for getting them here, and performing Wicked! My real life Masters thesis is about the Wizard of Oz up through Wicked. --Rendale 17:59, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
Still trying to get them here, we haven't forgotten them - even with all the action of late. - Elbert 23:58, 30 April 2007 (BST)

Alliances

I introduced our group to the Ruddlebank Resistance Front. Their wiki page mentions tha they want to contact all survivor groups in Ruddlebank. I thought an intro. was appropriate since our very own Amanil used to be part of their group. Also, they take care of all the buildings around Furzer. Our path to the mall goes right past there, so maybe we can give them zed weather reports for their area on our way past. --Rendale 11:43, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

To be honest I was never part of that group. I expressed an interest, but they never got back to me. I'll go take my joining request off of their talk page now. That makes Tikhon Medical the only group Amanil's been in ;). --Amanil 14:05, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
Ah, I see. Well I told them that our new neighbors keep inviting themselves in for dinner, and mentioned that if they get bored, our dinner party is BYOB (Bring Your Own Basher). ;-) --Rendale 14:10, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
Sounds good. Will probably come in handy, as you can see from the wiki suburb map, the place just above us Wykewood is in an ill state of health, so is North and South Blythville. We probably won't be out of the woods just yet, should we stave off this zerger horde that is attacking us. --Target Zombie 01:10, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Hmm.. sounds like things are realy starting to liven up around here. When I came here there was almost no zombies in a 5 - 7 block radius. Now you can barely step outside without bumping into a zombies.. and some of them are not so friendly. Hope the RRF come for a viset.. might be fun. Also they can try a sample of my cooking. ;) --Matt 18:35, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

Proposal to Change the Revive Point

I ran across the Ruddlebank Barricade Plan the other day, and started thinking about our revive point. As things are right now, our revive point is neither listed on Ruddlebank's plan (owing to it being in Old Arkham) nor on Old Arkham's plan. There are also a few cemeteries very close south east and south west of Loweth. What do you all think about changing our revive point to Greenleaves Alley, 1NW of Tikhon? It would still be easily accessable to the people of Old Arkham. The benefits would be a more central to all locations in the SW quadrant of Ruddlebank, our tagging wouldn't encroach on buildings next to St. Humphrey's and revived strangers to our area wouldn't waste the AP and HP on trying to get in Humphrey's which always seems to be EHB. If we change the revive point, we might want to wait until after Broadway Zombies leave to help the audience get back before intermission ends if need be. --Rendale 18:25, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

Fine by me. Loweth became a revive point just because that's where I happened to be one day and thought "Hey, we can set up a revive point!" It's worked well for us, and seems to be fairly active. But I think you're right, some folks may waste AP trying to get into St. Humphrey's. That is, of course, why we've spraypainted "Tikhon for healing", but it's a lot to ask someone to read that. So long as they're still 1 move from Tikhon, I'm happy. Very convenient to not have to move far to get into an accessible, staffed hospital. If we move it, we'll still need to monitor Loweth for a while, it's sort of known in the area I think. - Elbert 22:13, 20 February 2007 (UTC) EDIT: Of course, we don't exactly follow the Ruddlebank barricade plan. We would, if they (whomever "they" are) would accept our idea that Honeybone should be VS, not EHB.
Well I for one don't really care, although I was kinda liking Loweth. It might confuse some zombies, but that's what a spraycan is for ;) --Target Zombie 01:04, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
If we are going to move the Revive point then we only realy have two choices. Greenleaves Alley and Wellington Way. I personally surgest Wellington Way if for no other reason than its a better spot, its withing sight of the previos spot and it's still by Old Arkham. --Matt 10:19, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
If I may add my own observations here. I took a careful look at a map of the whole SW area when my char RonBrenner (see my user page for prof link) needed a 'vive. I went right to the cemetery at [09,90] because it was next to a Church and within 2 blocks of an NT and Hosp. I think you guys should use [09,90] and advert it. Plus, "0990" is a snappy, easily-remembered number, imo... btw, thank you all for your contributions in Ruddlebank and the SW.--Raystanwick 21:23, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for your input. We actually did choose to move the revive point to Greenleaves Alley [11,88] a few weeks ago when we were having barricade problems. We have added it to the revive points list and the Ruddlebank Barricade Plan. I think the cemetery you mentioned is managed by St. Humphries, but I haven't gone down there to check. Greenleaves puts the point closer to our allies. Thanks for the kudos, btw! --Rendale 22:29, 2 May 2007 (BST)

OctoLegion

The Legion of the Octopope would like to ally with Tikhon Medical. We're operating in Ruddlebank and southern Wykewood at present and would like to forge closer links with other good survivor groups in the area. --Nuabreed 16:13, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

I'm all for Tikhon Medical allying with the Legion. Your members have been very helpful at the hospital in the past few weeks. --Rendale 04:25, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Why hello thar, Tikhon Medical is currently having a party over at Tikhon General Hospital. Bring syringes. --Target Zombie 04:37, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Hello. Nice to know your there. I've seen some of your people come and go from the hospital and some the surrounding buildings. There is a little party going on here at the moment, Zerger zombie bashing, oh and a BBQ I'am running at Cosens. So if you want to join in feel free to, just remember it's BYOB (bring your own basher/bang bang), oh and if possible bring a few syringes with you.. the lines a little backed up here.. but remember use a DNA Ext. before you stick.. the zerger zombies seem to be hanging out at the revive point and attacking some of the revived survivors when they get up. Also please remember to sign your posts please. --Matt 10:01, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
We're currently busy trying to rebuild Wykewood but some of our members are dispensing cures at the cemetery at [15,85].--Nuabreed 16:13, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
The Ridleybank Resistance Front are coming your way. I'd advise getting out of town until they pass through. --Nuabreed 22:21, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Er...eeep. What are they doing all the way down here, anyway? Shouldn't they be whole suburbs away? Either way, I don't suppose they're going to put too much effort into a mere smattering of survivors, when there's a feast of brains up at the mall NE. --Amanil 23:31, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Agreed. I'm thinking they'll take on Tompson Mall, but it'll still be dangerous all around. Moving zombies get hungry. Still, stock up on FAKs so we can help out wherever they do hit. - Elbert 02:05, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

I think they'll be stopping long enough to trash the suburb. It's what they did in Nixbank and Wykewood.--Nuabreed 23:55, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

We've retaken the Selway Building and powered it. Could you encourage some of your walking wounded to make their way up to join the defence? Sly Police Department is cleared, caded but not powered if you're looking for ammo. --Nuabreed 10:29, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Some of us are headed up for a visit to the area of the Octotemple. Hopefully someone will have a spare fuel can. --Rendale 05:58, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

Oh my Gahd!

Thiiiis is Doctor Win Butler. I have another character I'd rather use coming in, Doctor Meike Butler. Hooray for roleplaying siblings... I think.

Anyway, Meike is going to be a part of Tikhon, if that's okay with you all. Dx

Just make sure they aren't in the same place at once! --Target Zombie 22:12, 3 May 2007 (BST)

Wiki additions

I've added a boatload of stuff to our wiki including our member list that you need to check out. I'm probably not done for today, so expect more.--Target Zombie 01:48, 15 May 2007 (BST)

I also added a list of all our past plans and operations. I didn't really know where to put the link on our wiki, so I improvised. Its near the top. Feel free to change things. --Target Zombie 02:55, 16 May 2007 (BST)

Howdy, there!

Xupert McGraw here, but you can call me Xupert! I grew up here in Ruddlebank, and was part o' the Malton Emergency Medical Services, right up until they started orderin' me around lots, den went n' left Ruddlebank fer the zeds. Figured I'd hook up with y'all here. Anyway, I added myself to the Member list and got miself killed off by some crazy guy with a shotgun. So's if y'all git the chance, I'd be much obliged if you could come stick me with a needle up at yer revive point a block northwest o' the hospital. Greetings to y'all, an' hope to give yinz a hand. --Xupert 02:34, 29 May 2007 (BST)

'sup

It's me elbowhead; like our drawling friend above, I'm new (older than him though) and no-one much recognizes me.I've been trying for a revive greenleave's for 4 days now and still no luck :( . Maybe you mistook the marks in my neck from That massive drug trip I took when I raided the hospital for morphine for syringe marks. I might leave this up for a while so you all know me. c'ya --Elbowhead 21:46, 5th June 07 (GMT) (yes I'm English)

It might help if you give us your profile ID (via a PM on the forums which I'll put up in the secure section if you're worried about other people knowing) so we can add you to our contacts and revive you sooner. I revived two zeds there today, so if I'd had your ID I could have got you instead. --Amanil 22:26, 5 June 2007 (BST)
I believe he put himself up on our members list a while back. --  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 22:40, 5 June 2007 (BST)
Ah, so he has. *adds to contacts* I'll be with you as soon as I get the AP. --Amanil 23:10, 5 June 2007 (BST)

Regional Barricading for Tikhon East

Seeing as we've set up a barricading plan for the west, maybe it's time to do the same for our new expansion. After all, we've held it long enough to finally be able to deem it in proper possession. --Gofqua 18:29, 20 June 2007 (BST)

I think we'll come to a conclusion sometime during the Tikhon Medical Roadtrip.--  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 20:35, 4 July 2007 (BST)
There's a discussion warming up on the Dartside talk page about a plan for the entire suburb, if you folks would like to stop by and give your input. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 03:46, 14 August 2007 (BST)

A friend in need..

A close friend of mine has just gotten into U.D and i recommended my Friends here at Tikhon for a group. He's a blatant Dumbass but he's lucky (his character started in the actual Tikhon west building!!!) and he trys, so meh. his profile can be found here. I'll get him on the forums soon.--Elbowhead 10:43, 17 July 2007 (BST)

Thank You

To Mr. Charles Winchester for providing power and aid to St. Eth's (In Roftwood) during our little stand against the RRF. As soon as we're back up and running, I will award him with a sash and a kiss on both cheeks. Please notify him of this. Thank you! xoxox --Morgueasm 15:09, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Currently the suburb in question is Ruddlebank but one response to this query will be all that is needed to protect your group link on all suburb pages. What sort of thing are we supposed to write? How's this? --Lee Henson

Pretty good actually. As long as you don't write "Im not active" i should have no problems. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:02, 15 July 2008 (BST)

DEM Alliance

I've added the DEM ally template to your page as part of the process of our groups becoming allies. Hopefully our groups can work together to bring a life back to Malton.--DI Sweeny 00:02, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Removed it. Not very keen on DEM in general. There may have been overtures towards an alliance from one of our newer members who was a little overzealous - perhaps that caused some confusion. To clarify, we're not a DEM ally, nor are we an enemy. - Uncle Elbert 20:17, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
Sorry about that, a member of your group came to us and requested the alliance, we didn't realise the request didn't have group backing. I still hope we can work together on a less formal basis.--DI Sweeny 19:45, 29 May 2009 (BST)

UBP Compliance

Just Something that I've noticed, Ruddlebank's essential buildings (firestations, police departments, wherever newbs like me need items) are EHB, instead of VSB, so can someone with Free Running go and sort out the barricades? Thanks, Zip Loc 18:43, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I'm going around trying to fix this. I just ripped down the 'cades at Rodeney (the alternate entry in case Tikhon is overbarricaded). --  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 21:03, 31 October 2009 (UTC)
