Revision as of 06:22, 8 September 2010

Please post new business at the bottom of the appropriate section.

Wiki Recruitment

We are no longer recruiting directly from this Wiki page. If you wish to officially join the Feral Undead, make sure to tag yourself with the group name in-game and introduce yourself here.

Complaints

As all complaints currently on the discussion board were over a year old, they have been removed. If you have any legitimate complaints about members of the Feral Undead (i.e., zerging, forum spying, behavior problems on your forum), please list them here and Zorinth or another official representative will respond as soon as possible. You may also post in the Outside Line section of our forum if you have any concerns.

As an FYI, posting on the forum will probably get you faster results.

General Messages

Clean Up Time!

Now that we are under new management, and because there was a load of posts on this page that were no longer relevant, you will notice that things have been cleaned up a bit. I have kept some archival information posted by Bullgod that may still be of some use for new members, as well as some of the awards and events we have been involved in. Otherwise, all posts made before August 2008 have been deleted.

Archival Discussion Page Post from Bullgod

I just wanted to make FU members aware of this page. It's 100% feral freindly, and in fact aims explicitely to improve feral-style (non-metagaming) tactics. I could use any comments, advice, or participation / supposrt you folks can offer- two rotted brains are better than one! --S.Wiers X:00 14:56, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

while im glad to make your aquaintance, i dont exactly see how we could help each other. part of the fun of being in one of the largest groups in Malton is being able to show that in your group box. ive seen people clear out of buildings just becaue they knew we were coming. if i were walking around telling people what time im going to be killing them i dont think its just quite as scary, you know? :P -Bullgod 09:30, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Good point. Maybe I could send an alt somewhere to work with FU, and see what it is that makes FU successful? I'm not wedded to the idea of people putting a time in their profile; I just want to figure out how ferals make effective attacks, preferably without much metagaming. Right now there aren't any good guides to feral game play, for example. I suppose I should just have one of my alts join FU... --S.Wiers X:00 03:42, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
well we wouldn't turn you back. if you wanted to join for a trial period just to see how we do what we do you're more than welcomed to. if you have any specific questions about anything id be happy to help you out. -Bullgod 04:35, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Like I said, I'm just looking for ways for ferals to co-ordinate attacks without much metagming. So I'd mostly be along on FU activities to do what any other zombie does, seeing how much of that action depends on your forums for co-ordination, and how well people can do without depending so much on the forums. I'm already in a really fun, effective metagame co-ordinated zombie group (MotA) but I'm looking for a different play style, and feel zombies would benefit as a whole if more folks knew how to make such a style work effectively. I'll see if I can get a character registered over there. Right now I'm pretty busy with Mall tour '07/X:00. Hell, maybe it will be a brand new corpsie, just so I can see how well FU works for newbs. I had fun doing that with Strike Boy... --S.Wiers X:00 20:30, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
i think alot of the draw of our group has to do with our very feral nature, those that choose to eat can eat, and those that chose to feed them can feed them. we alow the higer level zeds to coordanate if they so choose, bringing down troublesom targets and providing the young ones food. many of the older members, myself included spand alot of our time breaking cades just for the young ones. if i crack a building with one harman at only 8HP i wont kill him, but i will drag him out and let out a groan. our forum just helps thse that choose to use it find buildings actively being attacked with humans inside. the time they choose to log in and attack is up to them. hell i never seem to log in at any set time any more...infact i think i forgot to log on yesterday at all. o.O ....i should go do that. -Bullgod 22:52, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

The Third Big Bash

The Feral Undead are proudly participating in the Third Big Bash.

The Second Big Bash

In a show of support for The Second Big Bash, I have created a infobox template for display on Group and User pages. Here is a copy of it, for use on your group's page:

Brainz.gif The Second Big Bash!
This User or Group is a member of The Second Big Bash, and will be coming to your neighborhood soon! Please have lots of fresh brains ready when they arrive with all their friends.

The Great Suburb Group Massacre

Check-Mark-Reviewed.jpg Group Confirmed.
This group was confirmed active. Thank you for your reply.

Currently the suburb in question is Scarletwood but one response to this query will be all that is needed to protect your group link on all suburb pages. I know this is a may seem a stupid request but its for all groups regardless of size. Thank you. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 11:24, 13 July 2008 (BST)

Can I query whether this is asking whether we are an active group, or simply active in Scarletwood? - Necrodeus 01:08, 14 July 2008 (BST)
Just active. And thank you. I know you're a massively active group but i'm doing everyone. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 18:58, 14 July 2008 (BST)
i do believe we have several active members in that burb, i just haven't been there personally in a while. regardless where there is one of us there are more of us, so im gonna say yes.--Bullgod 22:24, 14 July 2008 (BST)

It takes a zombie village...

To encourage territorial zombies to protect neighborhoods throughout Malton, the Zombie Neighborhood is calling for all brave zombies to let us know what suburb, or even building, your undead neighbors call home. Please stop by and visit us. - Flying Zombie Roach

Occasionally, general checks are done of group activity. This may seem like a stupid question, but it's for all groups, regardless of size. -- User:The Rooster RoosterDragon User talk:The Rooster 15:01, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Building Information Center

Hello, I am here representing the Building Information Center. As one of the largest and most mobile groups in the game, you have the capability to update the building status reports in your home suburb and any other suburbs you visit. In essence, that is why I am here- to request that your group helps contribute to and update the BIC.--~ Red Hawk One Talk | space for lease 22:04, 22 July 2009 (BST)

Our goal is to create one building status: ruined. - Uncle Chuckles

Are you guys going to let all that food go to waste?

Dear FU,

I heards that a whole flotilla of zombie food was trying to get out of Malton. I was wondering if the FU are planning to head to the Ellicott Place Railway Station in Owsleybank...all you can eat buffet spread out over two buildings and free revives for Spies and Death-cultists, but for a limited time only! Get there before the end of the month! Don't let all that food get away on June 1st. No Escape

Sincerely, a concerned citizen of Malton

The No Escape movement was started by a friggin' FU. In fact, several alts of us are already in the area and a few more are on the way, and we have a hotspot thread devoted to it. -- Spiderzed 11:54, 23 May 2010 (BST)
Figures I would have missed something like that. I'm pretty parttime on the wiki. I just want to see the impertinent escapists get stomped out. I'll be there on the proper side of things. MikhailI don't have to be careful, I've got a gun.Kalashnikov разговор 20:27, 23 May 2010 (BST)

Recruitment

Concerning your group advert on the Category:Recruitment page, you may be interested to know that a vote is currently underway concerning the duration of time adverts can be reserved by a given timestamp. Your input is welcomed, and it should be known that if this vote passes you will need to update your adverts on a at least a monthly basis, not a two-monthly basis. Thanks. We're coming to get you, Barbara 00:43, 25 July 2010 (BST)
