Description/Background

This is basically a joke-ish thing made by CaptainM in response to the Rolt Heights Rotters siege on his group, Newgrounds' base and area and their attempted, yet failed, take over. This signifies that you won't start anything violence wise, but once somebody else does, it's fucking on.
