Revision as of 12:04, 29 January 2013
Following the zombie pandemic, a few socialists and anarchists decided to step out of the shadow and that the moment was right for a revolution. Others came to realize later on that the capitalists, through the form of NecroTech, brought this unto us, and still are by not providing some kind of massive cure to Malton's population. Many workers grew tired of reactionaries working to reestablish the old order, and warlords trying to impose their will. Here you may find a few socialist and anarchist factions that roam Malton in order to serve out justice.
Socialist Factions
This list is not complete, feel free to add any group which claims to socialism in order to guide their actions. Groups are strongly advised to add [[Category:Socialism]]
to their group pages. For the moment, the list is:

- Urban Guerillas

Union of Malton's Socialist Factions
Revolutionary anti-capitalist factions tend to be lower in numbers, and see various approaches to deal with the same problem. Therefore, socialist factions tend to form unions, which binds them for their similarities without removing their differences.
Such a project has been attempted: Union of Malton's Socialist Factions.
Anarchist and Libertarian Socialist Factions
Malton's metropolitan area is far too large for us to find all of the unaffiliated anarchists or anarchist collectives, so feel free to add any survivor group that espouses anarchism, libertarian socialism or related ideologies. Here are some of the anarchist factions in Malton, ready to organize a Beer Not Bombs, Anarchist Black Cross, or barricade-building skillshare at a moment's notice.
Active Groups:
- Creedy Guerilla Raiders
- Malton revolution radio
- Gibsonton Squatters
- Anarchist Basterds
- The Propaganda Society
- People's Liberation Army
- The Black Flag
- Anarchy's Army
Possibly Inactive Groups:
- Anarchist Federation of Malton
- Anarchists
- Malton Anarchists Collective
- The Black Bloc
- The Kronstadt Sailors
- Molotov Rocktails
- Industrial Workers of the World Malton GMB
- Anarchy International
- Society for Creative Anarchism
Malton Anarchist Federation
The Malton Anarchist Federation is an umbrella federation for the anarchist collectives of Malton to work within autonomously. Their forums may still be networks of communications, but as a federation and also the majority of it's member, is done. Inactive.
Revolutionary Anti-Capitalist Relations
After the zombie apocalypse, anarchist and socialist/communist movements became more dispersed, but also more accepting of each others' methodologies and ideologies. Most anarchists and socialists support each other at this point, and the fundamental basis of their long-term visions and short-term goals is essentially the same. It remains to be seen if there will be any formal unity between the different groups, and both anarchists and socialists are seeking to organize unity within their respective movements before discussing future projects. Cooperation between both anarchist and socialist groups has been seen in cases such as the Battle of Krinks, perhaps because of the unifying nature of an enemy such as the NSU.
