The Malton suburb of Foulkes Village was originally founded as a separate township in the 18th Century. The Foulkes family, led by patriarch Marvin Foulkes, settled in the area of present day St. Aelred's Church in 1774. Further members of the Foulkes family, along with relatives and friends moved to the area in the following years, building several homes and businesses. In 1792, the area was incorporated as a township named Foulkes Village in honor of the original founding family in the area.

Foulkes Village was eventually annexed by the expanding city of Malton in 1859. With the annexation came rapid growth, primarily industrial. The neighborhood still has a number of factories, warehouses and auto repair facilities that reflect its industrial past. The government of Malton divided the area into three neighborhoods – Crew Avenue, Vincent Square, and Frye Alley. The City established police departments in each of these neighborhoods to serve the local residents.

At the time of the quarantine, Foulkes Village was in the midst of a renaissance of sorts, having become a trendy area of Malton to live in. With low housing prices, the area attracted young residents of Malton. A number of cultural institutions followed, including several museums, libraries and cinemas.

The CAPD, the law of Foulkes Village, holds headquarters in the Crew Avenue area. Beware, your action have consequences. They can be reached and joined at CAPD Forums
Contact the Public Relations Officer Sergeant NIE for more information.

Legion of the Octopope

The Legion of the Octopope have a strong presence in Foulkes Village, specifically in the Frye Alley section of the suburb. An Octo-temple has been created for those wishing to pray to the Octogod for peace on earth or more importantly, an excessive amount of reinforcements.

People's Republic of DB

The People's Republic of DB is back! We are the small fanatic organization, who prays to the Saint Oak. Not agressive but very, very revengeful.

Barricade plan

The suburb currently has no barricade plan and previous attempts to implement such have failed. Traditionally, cinemas and churches have been used as entry points. In times of relative peace, most resource buildings have lower barricade levels.
