Greentown is a suburb of Malton, located in the south of the city. Before the outbreak it was a fairly calm suburb. Many retired citizens made their homes here and in 1998 a group of volunteers built St. Holy's Church, named after Margaret Holy, a wealthy heiress who donated a significant portion of her fortune to local charities.

Greentown is noteworthy for having no NT buildings and only one hospital, which only one other suburb can claim. This seems to be because it was the most religious suburb in Malton, boasting no less than 6 churches. Citizens of Greentown were atypically devout, and therefore believed that God would protect them and shunned worldly cures.

During the outbreak, many of Greentown's citizenry decided to stay in Malton and do good works, but many more decided to form paramilitary groups and "cleanse the city of its unholy blight".

February 2009

February 28th

Just finished scouting all of Greentown. List of the state of major resource buildings. St. George's Hospital is held by survivors at very strongly barricaded, one zombie stands outside with 8 dead bodies. Dixon Way Police Department is held by survivors at very strongly barricaded, one zombie stands outside with 1 dead body, 2 zombies to the south. Rounds Boulevard Police Department is held by survivors at extremely heavily barricaded, one body outside and 3 zombies outside nearby buildings. Polwhiele Way Fire Station is held by survivors at quite strongly barricaded, 1 zombie stand outside with 3 dead bodies. Weightman Boulevard Fire Station is held by survivors at very heavily barricaded, 3 zombies stand outside with 2 dead bodies. Eley Way Police Dept is held by survivors at extremely heavily barricaded, outside lay 2 dead bodies. Branagan Row Fire Station is held by survivors at extremely heavily barricaded, outside lay 5 dead bodies. Also St. Simeon's Church is ruined and in zombie control, 4 zombies inside and 6 outside, 13 more in surrounding area. Over all the north of the suburb is safe, with only few zombies. Throughout the south over barricading is common, but I assume this is in preperation for the zombies leaving Marven mall. Current danger level of suburb fits. --Knife Of Honor 19:03, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

February 25th

Almost all of the MOB has moved on to the east. Survivors have begun the rebuilding. Branagan Row FS and Eley Way PD are back in survivor hands, but a group of over 20 bodies are outside the Eley Way PD. The rest of Greentown is coming back slowly there is still a few small groups of zombies throughout the area. --Knife Of Honor 01:52, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

February 24th

With the Official Zombie Hit List swept clean, the MOB shambles eastward. -- Grogh 04:27, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

February 23rd

The Militant Order of Barhah has ruined most of the Official Zombie Hit List and is rooting out the last of the survivors. Many barricaded buildings are turning out to be empty as survivors flee to safer areas. This suburb isn't going to last another day. -- Grogh 01:28, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

February 22nd

The Militant Order of Barhah entered Greentown via the warehouse next to St. George's Hospital, and proceeded to ruin both of those buildings. They next moved south and ruined a pair of factories in the far SW. Heading east, they recently ruined both Eley Way PD and Branagan Row FS. They were last seen moving NE from there. They looked hungry. -- Grogh 04:25, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

Update: St Dionysius's Church + MOB = Ruin. --Grogh 04:34, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

February 21th

The southwest of Greentown has come under heavy attack after the fall of Marven Mall. The zombies are making a major push on the Eley Way Police Dept doors are open and up to 15 or more zombies inside. The state of Branagan Row Fire Station is unknown. Will keep updating on Greentown for as long as I can. -- Knife Of Honor 08:47, 21 February 2009

February 20th

The zombies from the Militant Order of Barhah were seen crossing into Greentown from South Blytheville, through the western border of the suburb. They are being followed by several feral zombies as well. St. George's Hospital was opened up and at this time, there are in excess of 40 zombies inside. There are unconfirmed reports of a break-in further south in the suburb as well. --FLZombie 04:20, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

February 6th

The MOB continues to ransack the NW corner of the suburb and the surrounding areas. St G's and adjacent warehouse both ruined. Very unstable. ~ extropymine Talk | NW | 4Corners 21:11, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

January 2009

January 30th

The Greentown Building Information Center has been updated. Although St. George's Hospital has fallen, as well as several nearby NecroTechs, there is a lack of ruined non-descript buildings, and all other TRP's are up. Status kept moderate. Linkthewindow  Talk  02:14, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

January 27th

In a 20 hour raid, the Militant Order of Barhah has ruined St. George's Hospital. The bodies are piled high outside. -- Grogh 01:53, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

January 13th

St. George's Hospital is under siege by an increasing amount of zombies. --Funkster 20:21, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

January 10th

Yet again, the Greentown Building Information Center has been updated. The status has not changed, and both northern police departments are back up. No tactical resource point in Greentown is ruined, and very few regular buildings are, so the suburb is very safe at the moment for survivors, with few zombies on the streets, and very few at revive points. Status kept safe. Linkthewindow  Talk  09:41, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
