Okay, How about this- This could either be a zombie hunter or a civilian skill. It would work better as a civilian skill, but it being zombie hunter only would keep lower level from using it, which would be good. Rally (I definitely need a new name for it)- Your voice carries far into the night when you shout commands to other survivors.

So, when ever you type in all caps LIKE THIS, everyone in you current block, and 1 block away in all directions, could hear you. This would be useful in mall defense and the like. The only danger is overuse. If everyone is shouting for heals, things could get annoying. If we put a level requirement on it though, it would keep low level people from clogging up your screen with masses of yells.

13. Actually, I'm pretty sure it's a DUPE. I seem to recall there being a peer-reviewed suggestion involving shouting a message, but I can't seem to find it offhand. (I'll keep looking, though.)
