Havercroft is situated just northwest of the city centre and is tactically important due to the fact that Ackland Mall is situated here. Although there are no NecroTech buildings in the suburb itself, there are a good amount of other resource buildings for residents to take advantage of, especially the numerous fire stations.

With a decent array of clubs, libraries, the mall and a museum, Havercroft was a popular district for shoppers, clubbers and students. Numerous train links also provided residents easy access in and out of the suburb. Havercroft was an important industrial zone for the city, although not nearly as much as Richmond Hills in the north.

• October 26th 2016

Ackland Mall has been retaken along with the majority of resource buildings including Auston Auto Repair. The Mall is unpowered but Barricade strength is around 80-90%. Around the mall the suburb is slowly rebuilding but many buildings are still without power. Havercroft Suburb will be downgraded from Red to yellow, skipping orange unless the horde returns.--Doctor Oberman ^MBEK 20:34, 26 October 2016 (UTC)

The situation is continuing to worsen by the day as all Havercroft Police Stations are knocked out and all but one Hospital is also knocked out. One survivor reported to me 42 zombies in the suburb and most of the buildings now in ruins. Survivors are very disorganized and not holding ground on very many fronts. The Revive points have less than 10 at all times so people are either abandoning the suburb or gone to other revive points.--Doctor Oberman ^MBEK 20:18, 15 October 2016 (UTC)

The suburb is mostly in ruins. A small but organized horde has sacked the mall twice and eliminated the survivor population in the south western half of the suburb, the mall is also ruined. The police Station is in tact for now. Survivors are encouraged to hold there and restock ammunition to begin reclearing the mall and resource buildings. --Doctor Oberman ^MBEK 20:42, 8 October 2016 (UTC)

Ackland mall is ruined. Survivors are trying to retake the mall area from the squad of zombies.

• September 16, 2015

The Ridleybank Resistance Front has decided to hold their 10-year reunion in Havercroft. Zetheren are currently munching on cocktail weenies, discussing post-undead life and ruining the entire suburb. Barhah!

• October 13, 2015

Ackland mall area is under constant zombie attack. Survivors are holding steadfast and are quickly able to retake the mall area from the hordes.
