Stanbury seems to be returning to business as usual after taking quite a kicking at the hands of the RRF.  Whilst there are ruined buildings and small groups of aggressive zombies around, many of the buildings have now been repaired and caded.  Those of you fed up with death should report the The Moseley Building for revives courtesy of Rotter's Relief. --Buda Hilton 09:25, 05/07/08 (BST)

Stanbury Village is a suburb of Malton, located in the center of the city. Before the outbreak Stanbury was relatively unremarkable, mostly visited by shoppers patronizing Nichols Mall. There was a steady stream of local gossip caused by the resident billionaire and Necrotech founder Willum J. Kersley, but his mansion in the South-East is now ransacked, the onyx walls and countless hot-tubs marred with dried gore, the cellars gutted by fire and littered with unidentifiable equipment. Several sites in Stanbury were planned for development and urban renewal, but since the outbreak these have simply lain empty as wasteland.

Records of Stanbury history have been recorded in books, in the Brome and Stribling Libraries, as well as in artifacts found in the Batson Museum. A few passages of Stanbury Village history can be found here.

As a central location it is prone to repeated re-conquering by various human and zombie groups, but its proximity to Ridleybank makes it generally quite unsafe for survivors.

August 17th

From an admittedly incomplete scout, it appears that most of the suburb is ruined, with only a few barricaded buildings to the south; however, many blocks are empty of zombies and others have only one or two. Nicholls Mall is ruined, but contains merely half a dozen standing zombies. [1] The Went is still ruined, and Yeoman Park currently has about 20 zombies waiting for revives, not all of them exactly docile... --WanYao 20:30, 17 August 2008 (BST)

The Ridleybank Resistance Front's Department of Homeland Security, Team America and Gore Corps teams have obliterated Nichols Mall and cracked the Went Building. The situation in the area looks bleak for the survivor cause. --Papa Moloch 04:48, 9 August 2008 (BST)

Our kilts, however, are still in fine shape thanks to the superior workmanship of The Kilt Store products --Kilt Store Owner 11 August 2008.
