Roughly 15 minutes into server reset, Calvert Mall was Pinata-ed due to a coordinated effort by two members of Organization XIII (source of information). After about two weeks of being in human control, the mall and surrounding suburbs have been taken by ~50 zombies (who seemed to appear out of nowhere within 24 hours, I suspect the attack was well organized), the nearby revive points are overflowing. Chuckiferd 17:31, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

There are ~40 zombies outside the SW corner, which is also lit. Not many zombies in the other corners. The SW corner was lightly barricaded last time I logged in but they are rapidly fluctuating due to the large number of zombies (me being one of them!). I can't be certain of the survivor status. December 30 The Northwest DEM division cleared out Calvert Mall. At this moment, the SE corner has 8 zombies outside. The DEM informed local survivor groups with the news and several groups of survivors have been spotted returning to the mall, hoping to celebrate New Year's Eve in a lit mall. November 12 In case you haven't noticed by the above entry, the mall is currently being attacked by zeds. The survivors are facing about maybe... 10 zombies inside, unsure about how many outside. Not willing to go look. Southwest corner's generator go destroyed by a zed.

October 28 The Mall is constantly being broken into by some Extinction members. Most are dealt with quickly, but 2 of the corners are suffering from generator losses. Two2 of the corners are at least at HB.

September 17 The mall is back under human hands.

September 16 The mall is under attack and falling! Few survivors inside.

September 14 In a daring afternoon raid the Malton Rangers moved into the mall to strike at the heart of the area and reclaim a symbol of survivor definance. August 21 DEM seem determined to retake Calvert Mall. I'll even give them some respect in doing so acouple times. But once again, Extinctions counterattack ended with the ransacking of the SW corner. There are about 8-12 survivors left inside the northern corners..while more ferals stumble in through the SW corner to feed. August 20 In a lightning raid that lasted about 15 minutes, DEM-spearheaded forces have retaken the mall. At the time of this report one corner is powered and all are barricaded. August 16 Just thought i would add...all NTs with in a ten block radius of the Mall have been taken out over the past few weeks by Extinction. All appear to be holding..in the zombies favor. August 15 The DEM and Malton Police Department have been routed and are in full retreat with Extinction troops occupying the Mall and chasing down stragglers. Shuttlebank has also been destroyed, caught between Extinction from the north and the strike horde LUE which has just moved through from their sacking of Bale Mall and much of Yagoton. --Zeug 10:15, 15 August 2007 (BST)

August 13 On August 12th the DEM executed a coordinated strike on Calvert Mall to clear out the remaining zombies, and the mall quickly became populated with a few dozen survivors, most hailing from the DEM or The Dirty Dozen. They held the mall through the night, but today at 21:00 GMT, Extinction again laid siege to the mall. July 26^th, 2007 By request of Captain Crooks the Drama Club staged a live performance of "Apocalypse Now" at the SW corner of Calvert Mall for the 45 survivors inside. The Drama Club has active tours and citizens are encouraged to contact them if they would like to schedule a performance in their suburb.

25 April 2007 Following an Urban Guerillas-M(A)F initiative, the mall's population is steadily climbing back to acceptable levels. All corners are powered and habitated, hardly any zombies outside, the general area around the mall is also quite secure, the few zombies left being taken care of.

23 April 2007 The mall seems to be under control. All corners are Extremely Heavily barricaded with at least 1 survivor in each one.

Jan-Mar

26 March 2007 The mall and surrounding safehouses have been broken into, ransacked, and it's inhabitants killed. 35 zombies and rising at Lurch Road. Revives needed.

25 March 2007 /b/ with the help of countless ferals has taken the mall.

25 March 2007 NE corner has fallen. Out NE corner: 104 zombies. Inside: NE:22, NW:9, SW:1, SE:2. Unknown number of survivors inside. This is end.

24 March 2007 NE corner still under endles attacks. 122 zombies outside NE corner. Near safehouses are ransacked. And not to mention that I'm dead now.

21 March 2007 NE corner is still under heavy attacks, more than 75 zombies outside there. More than 100 zombies in 2 block radius. Siege has started.

21 March 2007 NE corner is under a heavy assault by ~50 zombies. Barricades fluctuating.

13 March 2007 - All entry points to the mall are over barricaded and a group of radio killers have set up camp in the north west corner of the mall.

2 March 2007 - There is really not much going on around here. Two zeds within a nine block radius.

January 16, 2007 - Calvert had been rebuilt, barricaded, and rid of zombies.

January 14, 2007 - This morning I awoke to find that the northern corners of the mall have been taken over by zombies. The SE corner is probably next. Please help us or this mall is toast.

2006

Aug-Dec

December 30, 2006 - The mall is currently powered and secure along with the surrounding buildings. There are a total of 184 Survivors in Calvert, and zero Zombies directly outside. There is only 1 Zombie within 1 block of the mall, and only 12 dead bodies outside. Sadly, PKing via the Philosophe Knights continues.

December 29, 2006 - Calvert is currently powered and secure, as are most of the surrounding buildings. However, there is pretty severe PKing by the Philosophe Knights in the NE corner. The total Survivor population in the mall is approximately 175. Current Zombie population outside the mall is unknown as of this writing.

November 24, 2006 - The mall is powered and secured, but with over 50 zeds outside the NE corners and many buildings around unbarricaded. Some survivors still insist to maintain certain buildings as entry point even so , survivors with a functioning brain are advised to move out from those buildings. NT buildings around the mall are also powered and secured so far.

August 20, 2006 - That was then, this is now. Mall rebarricaded and repopulated. Survivors wave various parts of their warm and delicious bodies through the windows at the moaning stragglers outside.

August 11, 2006 - Mall Decimated....little to no survivors standing.

August 08, 2006 - Mall overrun. Just over 50 Survivors cornered with about 10-15 zeds inside cades. UPDATE: Calvert Mall just got et. All barricades are down, stores ransacked, doors opened, and zeds everywhere. You guys were most tasty opponents, please come again!

August 06, 2006 - 4 zombies still remaining in NE corner. 17 outside. Small number of survivors gathered in other 3 corners. North East corner ransacked.

August 04, 2006 - A mini mob of 20 or so zombies from the Devivification experts of Malton broke into NE part of the mall. There are 200 survivors in the other parts of the mall, but with ransack it will fall in a matter of hours.

May-Jul

June 20th 2006 Calvert Mall is Extremely Heavily barricaded and garrisoned, entry by the usual points.

May 16th 2006 - as the RRF is moving out, times are ripe to reclaim the mall!

May 10, 2006 - Rumour has it that the RRF is besieging the mall once more.

Jan-Apr

April 1, 2006 - The zombies have left the mall and survivors are beginning to repopulate. Small-to average sized zombie mobs are still located in a few places around the mall, but numbers have dropped drasticly.

March 30, 2006 - Mall has been overrun. Seek shelter elsewhere. Over 150 zombies currently in and around the Mall.

February 15, 2006 - The Ridleybank Resistance Front break off its siege to attend the third Biannual Ridleybank Brain Festival. They vow to return after the partying dies down.

January 27, 2006 - Mall taken by Mall Tour '06

January 25, 2006 - Advisory: All necrotech employees please stock up with as many syringes as possible. Everyone else, please purchase headshot, and move out of the mall - get to Caiger Mall to the SW and help make a final stand there.

January 19, 2006 - The Calvert United Resistance is calling itself that tentatively for sake of organization. Currently setting up a defense network.

January 18, 2006 - Shoppers have been preparing for the rumored threat of the Tour, and now a few mallgoers are trying to organize a resistance group. First obstacle: lack of a name.

2005

October 30, 2005 - A light zombie attack consisting of around twenty zombies was repelled. Two of the four mall squares were taken down to loosely barricaded by the attacks, but the attack was eventually defeated with no survivor deaths.

October 22, 2005 - With news having been sketchy over the past few days, and the latest report being over two days old, the citizens in the Calvert Mall have become increasingly nervous. A recent report from a civilian reporter in the area tells us the following:

"Zombie activity has been on the rise over the past few days here in Quarlesbank. It is rumored that a full-scale zombie attack is scheduled on the mall to kill off the unsuspecting survivors inside. Anyone still inside the mall is either advised to heavily barricade the mall or seek other shelter, if possible. With rescue units still not mobilized, the situation looks grim for the residents of the mall. We need help. More reports as the situation develops." - Amanu Jaku, reporter WMTN TV 7 News
