The whole suburb is ruined, not a single building intact. Around 30 zombies hidden inside, holding all resource buildings. Since some of them are likely to actively patrol the area, sleeping in this suburb can be considered quite dangerous for survivors. Some zombies from the group of five at The Mitchener Building can be rotters waiting for revive. --Jelito2008 (talk) 18:41, 16 November 2020 (UTC)

Largely abandoned but mostly structurally intact. There is one small cluster of about four lit buildings centered on the auto repair shops in the southeast. Maybe ten zombies in the suburb, mostly in the far southwest corner. Danger Updater MDU•DC 23:29, 25 January 2018 (UTC)

Suburb appears relatively safe. Most buildings are secure, several resource buildings are lit and there any large groups of zombies that I can see. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dupreem (talk • contribs) 10:55, 3 June 2011.

Very few zombies, no PVP gangs - New Arkham shows to be a great place to survive. The only real downsides are the lack of police stations and malls - many survivors have to leave New Arkham and find a mall or a police station for the day. --Urbandeadawesome12 02:30, 15 February 2011 (UTC)

The suburb remains quiet and in good repair. I saw a few zombies outside chasing a few badly injured survivors through the freshly fallen snow. Buildings are all barricaded to some extent; many are empty and the crowded ones house more than 5 survivors. --Enrico marconi 15:47, 6 January 2011 (UTC)

The suburb is quiet. All buildings except Denning Bank and Club Gellherd were in good repair and barricaded. Lights were seen in unusual places such as Clubs and Cinemas, where repairs have been recently underway. On my trip through, I encountered very few (<10 each) zombies or survivors; the place has an empty feel. --Enrico marconi 20:28, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
