I'd like to suggest that we let swiers demotion to be ruled through his re-evalatuion. Demotion through inactivity main goal is to remove sysops who rule on vandal and misconduct cases, which were areas that swiers never had interest in. Swiers also had interest in the position for the tools that come together with it, so if he is to ever return to his duties as a contributor i believe he might need them. --People's Commissar Hagnat ^{[talk] [wcdz]} 16:13, 5 September 2009 (BST)
