In an effort to turn this neighborhood around, many police stations were opened throughout the suburb. Unfortunately this effort failed, partly due to the mayor's lack of funding.
The neighborhood has never really shaken off its ill fame. No NecroTech research facility was located in this suburb due to the safety concerns that have become a legacy in Pennville.
