Gibsonton is a suburb of Malton, located in the northeast section of the city. One of the more important buildings within the suburb is Oram Walk PD, which was considered one of the most prominent safe houses in the early days following the initial outbreak. Home of St. Matthew's Cathedral. Gibsonton came to the public's attention during the Imperium Must Die invasion of April 2008 and has since been a target for PKers.

Before the Outbreak, Gibsonton was a depressing working class district, with several factories and warehouses. A Cathedral had long stood that served the workers who lived here, and a number of pubs opened up to give them a place to chill after a long day of work. After the 1980s, few factories remained, and the local officials turned to tax incentives for white collar jobs and tourism, the latter which centered around the beautiful Cathedral and newly opening museums as attractions. The pubs continued to make good business, now with higher prices for the tourists, but the pub-owners maintained lower prices for the blue-collar locals, who would mug the tourists and confess their vices the next morning in the Cathedral.

Zombies continue to attack Necrotech buildings inside the suburb, preventing the help to Santlerville. Today, it was the Patterson Building, which was broken into by a group of no more than five zombies. Survivors still controls the building at this point. -- Kittithaj 10:54, 26 July 2009 (BST)

July 25th

The Dead Bunnies, learning that some survivors are using the Ducat Building as a revive point for people of Santlerville, and as the headquarter to make revive runs into it, targeted the building. They started by sending one paratrooper in as a human. The paratrooper destroyed the generator and died, turning into a zombie. While survivors inside were distracted by it, the rest of them stormed the building. With survivors busy attacking the decoy, the barricades went down with ease. Survivors who were awake escaped. Those who were sleeping were killed. This survivor barely escaped alive.

As a result, he learned the hard way that one should not broadcast his safehouse for covert operation into the radio, for there are zombie spies listening to it. -- Kittithaj 23:25, 25 July 2009 (BST)

25.96 MHz: "... can see thirty or so on the streets of Gibsonton ... a few outside St Aidan's Hospital ... lights are on across the suburb ... only a few buildings damaged though ... lights are on in the Patterson Building ..." --Rat of Steel 09:40, 20 July 2009 (BST)
