If you would be so kind as to help us discuss such matters, we would certainly create a strong alliance with all of the groups that are willing to join. The only thing that is set into stone is that we are all chancellors for our own organizations, and there will be no higher authority. This is a union of organizations. We are not trying to create a larger dominant group. There can only be one person to work for such said organization so choose wisely. This helps with identification of the organization at question.
