An unhappy combat revived zed broke in and smashed up the generator, radio and started on the barricade. 2 zeds inside last time I checked. If you see Wittycomment, feel free to give him a good ol' pat on the back ;)

The Blackmore building is powered, barricaded and free of unfashionable zombies- Iwitness report. With seven live Rummers inside, they've even installed a radio to broadcast invites to their tea party. We give it another ten minutes before we're all eaten again... --Karloth Vois RR 17:53, 15 September 2007 (BST)

Howdy, y'all, and welcome to the Blackmore Building the Red Ranch, the first-ever XP farm for PKers! Here at the Red Ranch, we revive RRF zombies to survivor form for the purpose of killing them again! Whether you're a first-time PKer lookin' to rope your first kill, or an ol' experienced cowpoke lookin' to ratchet up your kill list, the Red Ranch has something for you! --Vandr 03:05, 12 September 2007 (BST)

Blackmore is ransacked and all humans are cleared out (yet again) courtesy of the RRF's DoHS and area ferals. Blackmore Bastard Brigade remnants are rumored to be planning Operation Retake Blackmore version 9000.--Jiangyingzi 22:33, 21 July 2007 (BST)

Blackmore is under attack, less than 10 survivors inside and more than 25 outside not including those in surrounding blocks. Crys of Bra!nz can be heard from the street as survivors are dragged outside. Nowhere is safe in Ridleybank and Blackmore is in no way an exception.--Karekmaps?! 14:28, 20 July 2007 (BST)

Combat Revive have set up a rotter revive point in the Blackmore Building. The group is encouraging both zombies and humans to keep the building unbarricaded and powered at all times. Initial revive efforts have cured all zombies in the building.
The new Rotter Revive Point at Blackmore has been a resounding success with over 20 zombies revived inside Blackmore in one day. We really appreciate your enthusiasm. We must remind you all, no barricading, no biting, and please stop destroying the generators. Combat Revive is here to help EVERYONE, just wait your turn patiently and we'll get to you. Thank you all for your hard work and cooperation! --Blue9Actual 03:36, 17 July 2007 (BST)

Blackmore was ransacked by the RRF Gore Corp's very own Morrolan e'Drien. BARHAH. Perhaps the survivors will finally learn that they cannot take Blackmore permanently, now. -- Heiki 15:12, 28 June 2007 (AEST)

June 27, 2007

It looks like the survivors are running a RESCUE revive point inside St. Ted's church. My hat is off to their clearly efficacious use of this tactic! ... 22:19, 27 June 2007 (BST)

June 27, 2007

Looking out over the buildings roof, john spiro stares at the scum laden mass outside the Blackmore building. He looks back only to see few survivors. Grimly dropping his shotgun, he cocks his pistol and puts it to his head, pulling the trigger. An empty chamber is the sound ringing in Spiro's head. Is this a sign? An act from god? Either way, Spiro reloads his gun and listens for the groaning. A few mintues later they sound, with spiro rushing down stairs to see yet another break in, people are dieing in there dozens but they get revived with speed. certainly Blackmore is Hell on Earth, though i guess it is lucky that Hell is for hero's. -John Spiro

June 27, 2007

Over 200 zombies are milling around outside, with 100+ on the ground. Combat Revives are going up, also. However, the mass of Survivors is lowering to around 160 due to the massive amount of breakins lately. Can the survivors hold off the sea of undead outside, or is this Siege destined to fail like those before. This Death Cultist hopes it's the latter of the two. -- Heiki 16:11, 27 June 2007 (AEST)

June 26, 2007

More and more zombies are outside Blackmore. i noticed that some of the zombies that broke in were from Federal Undead and Militant Order of Barhah. The 3 largest Zombie hordes have teamed up. Now all we need to do is defend outselves as one and show them that they CAN BE defeated on their own grounds.

June 23, 2007

There is no point going outside to kill zeds. They will just stand back up and keep attacking. It's a waste of bullets. There is no point making a safehouse in ridleybank, for it gets smashed and ransacked in a day or so. Use Blackmore itself as your safehouse or get out of Ridleybank if you want a safehouse. -John Spiro
Yes, But if we make a safe entry point, we can get exp much faster. Yeah, but Blackmore would probably be the safest point to be in ridleybank if you want xp. just simply go outside and kill some zeds (Which is unadvised) and then go through St Theo's. If you don't have free running then you are doing something wrong if you are in ridleybank. There will be no safe safehouse which is an entry point if Ridleybank, for zeds do a constant check around the suburb. And to have a building which is a lone fort which has to be an entry point in a suburb of ridleybank. Then your out of your mind -John spiro

June 22, 2007

Hello all! Just asking if we could make a entry point very near to the Blackmore building. That way, we can go out and Decreace the Zed ranks with ease. No more frantic scrambling for a safe house. we need to get back the our stake-out, and easily. Please consider.

June 20, 2007

And on Behalf of my Living brothers and every other survivor inside the Blackmore building. We would also like to thank you bloated zeds for the sport you have been giving us over the last few months. It has been a hell of a ride slaughtering countless of your rotten brethen. We give you a quick hello once you open the doors of blackmore and embrace you with smoking shotguns and steaming pistols. But you always want more...We have prepared a little poem for the zeds at Blackmore...
Who is tapping at our door?
I think it's the zeds, always wanting more
They come in uninvited, the vile stinking rot.
But do not worry brothers, we always greet them with a 'BOOM HEADSHOT!'
You clog up St Theo's, you siege our Mall's
Still when you enter, we meet you at the doors
We cade it back up, intil no more
Then your zeds inside, they all hit the floor
Time to dump the bodies, not a nice job
We add you to the dead pile, your certainly are very nasty mob
Don't worry brothers, the zeds wont be able to loot
For they aint that much to look at once you scrape them off your boot-John spiro
-That is so touching. I have to remember that one. But go ahead, make yourselves at home, at least we wont have to waste a gillion AP to find a bunch of ham, since by now every brathar in Ridleybank knows there´s a ton of bra!nz to be had at the Blackmore Building: just pop in with a couple of friends, eat a brain or two, thats it. FreakyM 12:01, 21 June 2007 (BST)

June 19, 2007

On behalf of my unliving brothers, I sincerely welcome all humans to stay in Ridleybank: you cannot believe how happy we are that you decided to make our unlife easier by actually delviering your bra!nz to our front door: now we don´t need to hunt for them, every brother in Ridleybank knows that Blackmore is a treasure trove of food! Thanks for staying, dont mind us breaking in and dragging one of you outside once in a while, it´s just to feed the young un´s yknow. FreakyM 17:24, 19 June 2007 (BST)

June 18, 2007

There are now 138 dead bodies outside Blackmore with 166 zombies outside with surrounding buildings breached. I dont know about you guys but it seems tome I have two choices, stay and become a part of the undead ranks or escape to the nearest safe Suburb. Anywhere is better than the second biggest zombie horde's homeland. I urge any other fellow survivors to consider seeking haven in other suburbs or you will all die. It's only a matter of time...
We all have to die sometime, what better place than in mortal combat inside the stronghold of our honoured foes? We will give no quarter, and expect none. Run if you may, but the RRF will come for you eventually. Redwave 16:00, 19 June 2007 (BST)
Why would you be afraid to die? It's only like 20-22 AP (for low levels sometimes ~4ish) per death and revive to be back in Blackmore. Keep in mind this is a game, but taking place in an epic battle/siege just makes the game more fun. Don't run, cowards.

June 17, 2007

Number are growing on each side, with 172 survivors inside and 129 standing zombies, excluding the 87 bodies on the floor. Casualties have gone up a surprising 200% in the past week, from 1 to 3 from what I have seen. Zombies are begining to attack surrounding buildings, survivors are warned to stay in Blackmore, and upon logging in with no zeds and barricades at EHB, are suggested to clear out surrounding buildings and barricade them up. Some combat revives have been noticed, survivors are warned not to revive hostile players.

June 13, 2007

140 Survivors are sleeping in Blackmore. Breakins are frequent, but with minimal casualties. Mean while a horde of 150 Zambahz still assault the cades. Casthewiz 16:40, 13 June 2007 (BST)

June 10, 2007

After 4 days Blackmore is now in survivor hands again. Being recaptured by combined forces of the zone defenders, blackmore knights, LCD and other survivor groups members working in a timed retake. Ridleybank is slowly becoming survivor territory again. DragonPrawn 13:14, 10 June 2007 (BST)

June 6, 2007

And behold, those 40 joined the buffet as the main course. There was lots of dragging, screaming and feeding, and as of now, the BB is in zambah claws. FreakyM 15:30, 4 June 2007 (BST)

May 31, 2007

Attention to all necrotech personnel within the Blackmore facility: there has been a security breach in the containment facilities, and it seems several experimental virii have escaped into the city. staff is advised to report all sightings of abnormal activity in the Malton general populace to HQ immediately. Symptoms include loss of balance, necrotized scin, cannibalistiv behaviour, rotted brains and a disturbing creativity on using bananas as a tool of black humour. It is unlikely this outbreak will be very serious, but we are facing the possibility of a minor zombie infestation.

This has been a broadcastfrom Necrotech Internal Security: we bring you the latest information, for you convenience. FreakyM 15:15, 31 May 2007 (BST)

With Blackmore down, both the Militant Order of Barhah and Ridleybank Resistance Front forces move to reclaim the suburb. Zambahz are joyous and pleased to hear that the harmans will, for the 5th time, come back once again purely to be eaten.--LordOlam 13:10, 25 May 2007 (BST)

May 23, 2007

RRF and MOB brought more forces to the siege and now survivor's superiority here is much more questionable. Frequent break-ins over the night and blocking revive queue did their job to decrese number of humans inside noticeably.

May 17, 2007

Now there is a whopping total of 94 survivors inside blackmore, wow....kinda suspicious though....-john spiro

Possibly due to rampant combat reviving. Eyewitnesses report survivors reviving zombies at random: maybe this will teach the survivors why combat reviving zombies at random is NOT a good idea. FreakyM 13:33, 17 May 2007 (BST)

May 15, 2007

Biggest break in so far, 10 zeds, was dragged outside.-John Spiro

May 13, 2007

Zeds trying to infect everyone, very pointless for everyone just heals each other back up. Cades went down to open to street, caded to VSB before AP ran out. Today we celebrate for the zed total outside reaches 101! All the more to kill i say!-John spiro

Break in's at Blackmore around the clock, all been succesfully repelled, cades at VSB. around 85 zeds outside last time i checked a few mintues ago, but we killed a few in that time. 64 people inside. Luckily only seen one deserter. John Spiro

May 11, 2007

Another break-in took place this morning, with a few zombies managing to crack the barricades for a while. Groans were made in an attempt to alarm other zombies to the spot. FreakyM 07:55, 11 May 2007 (BST)

May 10, 2007

Breach. About 65 of us outside, and somewhere along the lines of 50-60 survivors holed up inside. This is starting to get interesting, and its a bad sign for the harmans inside, since that means the zombies arent getting bored anytime soon. FreakyM 07:07, 10 May 2007 (BST)

May 09, 2007

45+ zeds outside, while 100 dead bodies around the place, mostly near Theo Church, can't tell if they are survivors or zeds but. Keep up the great work everyone in Blackmore. Zed's aren't gonna get our syringes!--John Spiro

blackmore has been ransacked.
check again, fool

February 14th, 2007

Blackmore is still under siege, the zombie horde has been running about 130+ for a couple days now. On a disturbing note the Adalbert Hospital [56,45] one of the closest and most well defended sources of supplies for the Blackmore defenders has been ransacked by horde of 20+ zed. Those few wounded awaiting treatment who escaped the hospital pulled back to the Blackmore building. Estimated casualties are 10-15 dead, 3 wounded and escaped. Blackmore maintains good moral and despite repeated break-ins has maintained steady 60-90 survivors for the past week. Anyone looking to get lots of experience cracking zed skulls come help us win back Ridleybank!

February 10th, 2007

The Blackmore Building currently has 70+ Survivors vs 100+ Zombies Directly Outside. Need Assistance!!!

February 8th, 2007

Blackmore is under constant attack by zombies, with small break-ins. The number of zeds inside never gets over 10, but survivors are being kept busy.

2006

November 2006

November 22nd 2006

Blackmore has officially been ransacked and cleared of all survivors. 149 zombies are outside and 127 remain inside. Any survivors left in Ridleybank should vacate or risk being the zombies' next meal. Remember, it's exceedingly hard to be of use to the survivor cause when you're dead. --Reaper with no name TJ! 13:53, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Force of 65+ zombies breaks through the barricades, with only 70+ survivors still standing to oppose them. Graffiti seems to indicate an organized withdrawal from the building by survivor groups. -- ∀lan Watson T·RPM 02:53, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Blackmore has finally fallen... Only a handful of survivors inside, with 100+ zombies. It was a good run. --BlueSTARS 03:58, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

November 15th 2006

The start of a great battle has began as the zeds finally break the barricades and are mustering for a full offensive. I call to all survivors to take up arms and move to defend the Blackmore Building against this foul enemy. Long live the Blackmore Empire--Dag00 04:18, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

November 11th 2006

Ghetto Cow's leaders, me and Dag00, showed up at the Blackmore Building, and after a lot of scotch and celebrating, I used up most of my medkits, and Dag00 went out to shoot zombies, and the rest of Ghetto Cow will be along eventually. Anyway, the 220 or so survivors are holding strong!--Lachryma 23:30, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

====November 10th 2006==== Even as I type this the foul zed menace is breaking into our shambled defenses. We require more soldiers to aid in our cause, we cannon afford to lose this battle. I will not accept defeat. The zeds outside are piling up, there's at least a full 160 outside The Blackmore Building. They're breaking in every few hours and destroying our generators and radios. We need reinforcements. I will see that this building will not fall, I will not leave until I am killed. We are in a very turbulent time, don't get me wrong. Caiger Mall has fallen, don't use think of it as a loss, use it as fuel to help burn your hatred of those zed bastards. Come fight for our cause and earn a spot in history. For Death! For Honor! For Krieg! --Welsfred

November 9th 2006

As survivor numbers rise steadily, now peaking around 220, the patriotic feelings of companionship and righteousness is unmatched. We even sent broadcasts live to Caiger about how well our building was holding! Captain Leah and two others shook hands on the 2nd day when they together killed the remaining 4 zombies- no such ceremony will be awarded the 7 inside the Blackmore now! ---Captain Leah- 03:20, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

====November 6th 2006==== The numbers in blackmore continue to swell, as we have upwards of 120 in the building, and perhaps 100 more in greater blackmore. Breakins are decreasing in frequency as more bastards join the glorious battle. It is indeed looking good for the bastards, who last night demonstrated just how powerful a co-ordinated attack from survivors can be!--dickholeguy

November 5th 2006

The Channel 4 News Team and NMC retook the Blackmore Building at server reset. The Blackmore Bastard Brigade has returned, full of mead and hatred for zombie-kind! There are now 80 survivors inside and 60 zombies outside. This number has grown from 0 survivors (50 in the area) and 30 zombies (150 or so in the area) in a few hours and will presumably continue to change. Perhaps a Second Battle of Blackmore has begun! There was much rejoicing, and dickhole guy broke a scotch bottle over Ron Burgundy's head.

October 2006

October 13th 2006

The fall of the Blackmore coincided with the ransacking of Nichols Mall by Shacknews. A mix of Shacknews Day (T)Raiders, Feral Undead, ferals, RRF and other zombie forces then overwhelmed Blackmore. Channel 4 News Team has more details.

October 13th 2006

Nothing lives in Blackmore. The siege is over.

October 13th 2006

At last count, over 30 zombies have penetrated Blackmore, matched up against 140 survivors. [1]

October 10th 2006

- I just arrived at the building today. It and the surrounding buildings were occupied by survivors, and 200+ were in Blackmore itself. A huge mob of 289 zombies were outside, but the building seemed to be holding. Cades were at heavy. I'm really amazed that survivors have managed to hold out to well for so long.--J Muller 23:30, 10 October 2006 (BST)

October 10th 2006

- The Ridleybank Resistance Front has apparently ceased attempting to retake Blackmore, with Auxunit 10 making no progress or organized attacks. Ferals continue to make many small break-ins.

October 6th 2006

- Today hopes soared, and singing broke out inside Blackmore. A transcribe of the singing is below.

Kumbiya my lord......Kumbiya.....zombies are going to lose the war....Kumbiya

Kumbiya my lord... Kumbiya! So many zombies are going to die at my trusty sword... Kumbiya!

In other news, there are currently, at this time of writing, 290+ Zombies outside and 230+ humans inside. --Heiki 01:47, 6 October 2006 (BST)

October 5th 2006

310 zombies now stand outside of the Blackmore Building, but the survivors continue to hold them off in this valiant struggle with over 2:1 odds. The zombies have made some headway over the past couple of days, as evidenced by the slowly overflowing queues at local revive points, but zombie and survivor reinforcments trickle in at a steady matching pace. Anything short of the Big Bash would have trouble toppling this monument to harman perseverance, so the poorly coordinated zombie mob outside of Blackmore really stands no chance.

October 4th 2006

After a few days of active and frequent skirmishes between survivors and zombies, the number of zombies swaying outside the building reaches 300.

October 2nd 2006

Announcement: Auxunit 10 is proud to publicly announce its activities in and around The Blackmore Building. We are a proud and now vocal Strike Team of the RRF.

September 2006

September 27th 2006

Update: the stand-off has intensified and there are now around 230 zombies outside the building and 175 survivors holed up inside. The zombies have succeeded in bringing down the heavy barricades once in a while, but have yet to mount a major coordinated attack that would seriously threaten the survivors. The humans have been adept at quickly shoring up breaches and killing the relatively few zombies who choose to venture inside.

September 1st 2006

The zombies have been attacking the Blackmore Building since survivors took it. Today, about 120 zombies and 130 survivors clash in Ridleybank's only NT. This is the first time in the siege that survivors have outnumbered zombies; until recently, zombies had the upper hand by a margin of 2:1.

August 2006

August 23rd 2006

The New Malton Colossus' push into Ridleybank following the bulk of the RRF's departure for the Big Bash has reached The Blackmore. The only Necrotech in Ridleybank has been barricaded, powered and occupied by survivors for over a week. The building currently supports a functioning revive point, and has become the center for skirmishes between what zombies are left in the suburb and invading survivors.

Augest 18th 2006
